The experience was terrible, would not return under any circumstance. When I arrived, the employees were smoking out front. The person who was to provide my service was on of them. She was unsure as to how to start the treatment, and she didn't know the ingredients in the oil, which smells like body odor. The treatment consisted of pouring oil on my hair, a short scalp massage and lots of brushing. She didn't even bother to touch the back of my scalp. The massage table had spots of old oil and a layer of dust on it. This is NOT a spa, it's an office with a few treatment rooms.

I truly enjoyed my visit at Spa Oasis! The facial was wonderful and the massage very relaxing. Both specialist were professional and did a wonderful job making me feel welcome. I would absolutely return for another treatment!

This place is GREAT for massages! I got a zspotlight special for a massage, facial and botanical hand treatment from my mom. I was kind of worried before going because of the reviews, but I was very pleasantly surprised when I went for my appointment. The place is very nicely decorated and the staff was very friendly. I arrived 30 minutes early and filled out the paperwork, my treatments started a few minutes early too. My massage therapist was AMAZING, the best massage I have ever had (and I've had countless!). She made sure pressure was ok throughout my massage and made me feel very relaxed. The hand treatment was really nice too. My facial was... weird. My therapist was a little awkward and she didn't seem to know what she was doing. My mom saw a different esthetician and she said her facial was awesome and did the normal facial stuff. I wouldn't go back for a facial, but I've already scheduled my next massage with the massage therapist I saw. Overall, I would definitely recommend this place for massages.

NOT worth your Time, Money or Patience. Wanted to pamper myself, so I bought a spa package using a Groupon. Was set to get a facial, Swedish massage and a either hand/foot massage. Value on the web listed these 3 things as $180. Arrived early for appt, was late being ushered into the massage room. Facial and hand massage were nice. After that was done, had to wait for the massage therapist for ~10-15mins in a cold room. She was less than thrilled to be there..asked for more pressure, didn't get it. She said passively how busy they were with all of the online deals they had been selling, and how tired she was. I honestly do not want to hear that. Here I am on my day off, putting money into your business/place of employment and I want to get what I paid for! Not a half-assed massage from someone who isn't even into their craft. Not only that, the whole experience ended 20mins early; was scheduled for a 2.5hr block. Remember: late to start, waited for therapist, and then ended early. That was a $180 value? Don't think so. Not only that while I was there, the voice mail service kept picking up and the whole waiting area could hear, and more than one person called saying that they have tried numerous times to contact Spa Oasis to make an appt, all to no avail. At check out time, I was encouraged to use my groupon again for a second time.. I will NOT be back. Not worth my own time, money, and I was more pissed off than relaxed when I left.

WORST SPA EVER. I tried to schedule an appointment with them for months. Then they canceled the appointment and I was unable to get another one for 3 months. I finally canceled and will NEVER go here. If you can't accommodate your clients then you need to reorganize your business. Definately not a 'spa' experience.

DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME!!!!

Beware of this "SPA". Worst spa I have ever been to! The girl at the front desk was rude and not very knowledgeable. I was early for my massage and waited 30 minutes past my scheduled massage time for the massage therapist to bring me in for mine. I don't like to write bad reviews but with this so called "spa" I felt it necessary. BEWARE!

Ghost Spa Center. I have tried so many times to schedule my appointment -

- there is never a live person picking up the phone....day, or night

- If you are asking an appointment within months, it has to be 9-5PM week days. If you want weekend or Fri, it is July or August!

- If you are scheduling a package, good luck.

I am asking for a refund, vs spending time on phone tags scheduling.

After reviewing the reviews the massage experience itself... I'd rather go somewhere else. Not sure how this places does business and making money...or trying to get some money from these specials in advance before going out of business

Is the massage good? No idea...can't get appointment. I have made 3 attempts (2 voicemails and 1 message through their website) to make appointments for my fiancee and I. No response from them. Have requested refund of vouchers I had purchased through Zspot.

Bad Customer Service. If you are looking for a return call you may be waiting. I have tried to call for two days and cannot get an answer. I am not sure how they take apointments.

Shirodhara. Recently had a Shirodhara at SPA OASIS.i have one word for it.CALMING.

It was an awesome experience.throughout the session I had no recollection of having any thoughts.i was that relaxed.And that night I slept like a log.The texture of my hair was much improved .I am so looking forward to my next session
