Great food! Excellent amsphere!. We like LongHorn and always try different dishes. we love the atmosphere and we have always had excellent dining experience.Try theirs dessert selections, You will love them more!!

Best Steaks in Apex NC. This is hands down out favorite hotspot. Steaks are out of this world hot & juicy. The waitstaff treats you like family. Best of all it's John Pacifico the manager goes way beyond the call of duty. He makes sure you are extremely happy, if not he fixes it right on the spot. I tell all my friends why drive all the way out to Raleigh when you have a 5 star restaurant right in your backyard. We celebrate birthdays,Mother's Day, Father's Day here and always leave HAPPY!! Can't wait to go back.

Great food, service slipping?. We've dined at the LongHorn Steakhouse monthly for the last couple of years. The food is great, if pricey. The salmon is wonderful, the steaks are quite tasty, and the ribs are rather good as well!

The only reason we can't give it five stars is due to the fact that the last three or so times that we've been in, over the last six months, the service has been weaker.

The waitstaff we've had recently has seemed irritated, possibly over-run, brusque and even snippy at times. We don't go during peak times, so it's never looked overcrowded when we've been there.

We feel like asking, "what gives?". No customer wants to feel unwanted from the moment they sit down. We'll continue to go there, though not as frequently, and hope that there's some friendliness next time.

Pros: Great food, decent location

Cons: Can be a bit pricey, waitstaff not always friendly

Great steaks. Long Horn has the best steaks. They are awesome. They have a shrimp appetizers that is out of this world. The service is great. You may experience long lines on Fridays because everyone goes there.

The bar is very disorganized. Chili's does twice the volume with half the people. My wife and I have tried to eat at the bar, and the service was terrible. We've sat at the bar waiting on our table, and the service was just as bad. They have two people working the bar, and we will sit for 5-10 minutes before being served. At Chili's we are served immediately or within 1 minute, and they usually have 1 person working the bar.

If you want a great steak in Apex go to Long Horn.
