Our family of 6 has been seen by Dr. Patel and his wonderful staff for almost 7 years. My children have never been afraid of going to see Dr. Patel and his staff because they were treated with kindness and respect from the moment they walked in the door.

Dr. Patel is very professional, but personal at the same time. He takes time to talk to me every time I bring the kids in. He remembers details from previous conversations, and is genuinely interested in us. I feel he has gone the extra mile in time spent researching and networking with our orthodontists and oral surgeons to address some special needs that members of our family have had.

The hygienists are the best I have ever encountered. What I like best about each one of them is that they educate me during the whole visit. They talk to me about what they are doing and why, and are never condescending or careless.

Peggy and Lorraine at the front desk are friendly, helpful, and efficient. They always work with us if we have an emergency or need to reschedule. The business practices at West Cary Dental are top notch!

The office itself is easy to get to, is clean, and very comfortable. We recommend West Cary Dental to all our friends, and anybody that is looking for a dentist!

Dr. Amit Patel and his staff are the greatest! Our family has been going to West Cary Dental for four years now and are always impressed by their professionalism. The moment you walk in the door, you are greeted by smiles and feel like you are one of the family. Everyone at West Cary Dental makes you feel like you are the most important patient to them. Dr. Patel is personable, gentle and very good with our children. We are so happy with the service that we travel from North Raleigh to see Dr. Patel and his staff. We highly recommend West Cary Dental.

I have been going to Dr. Patel for over 5 years. The experience is always very positive. There is no rushed feeling....the staff always take the time to ask and answer questions and are very gentle during the cleanings and exams. Dr. Patel is very friendly and professional. Would highly recommend.

I have been a patient of West Cary Dental for the past 8 years. I have had a wonderful experience with Dr. Patel and his staff. The dental hygienist, Amanda is top notch, she does an excellent job cleaning/polishing my teeth and ensuring the health of my gums. She is very sincere and dedicated to providing her patients with the very best service. Dr. Patel consistently delivers quality care, he has been able to quickly diagnose and efficiently treat any issues I've had. I had a crown put in by Dr. Patel a few years ago and have had zero issues with the tooth since. You can rest assured that Dr. Patel will only administer services that he deems necessary. For example. he will not recommend a filling unless he truly feels that a filling is required. I would highly recommend this practice to my friends and family.

Best dentist and staff in Cary!. We are so pleased with Dr. Patel and his staff for both our dental needs and our kids' dental needs!!! We used to have a pediatric dentist in our former hometown before moving to Cary in 2007, but Dr. Patel and his staff have been phenomenal with us and our kids--and pain-free!!!! They are a very warm and caring group of people who take the time to make you feel comfortable and part of their family. When you walk in the door, they remember your names and are very good to our kids, who actually look forward to going to the dentist now! Peggy, the office manager, is very knowledgeable and detailed about our insurance and always shocks me with how accurate she is w/our billing! Sherry is a phenomenal dental hygienist and very detail-oriented. She is great with our kids and always has a warm smile! Dr. Patel is always good-natured, extremely knowledgeable, forthcoming, and conservative in his treatment so you don't have to worry about him pushing additional expenses while he still provides exceptional care!! They are all outstanding and I strongly recommend them!
