loyal customer for life---love it!!!!!!!!. To be honest, my first experience with this shop (back in January) is not the greatest but still tolerable, the wait time was a bit long. For my sister's graduation this May, I've decided to give this place another shot and took my sis as well as some of her friends there and must i say, what a different!!! The way they run the shop is now so much more organize and the services offered has improved greatly. It turns out that the shop has very recently went under new management and luckily, several changes were made :) I am extremely please with this place and will for sure come back regularly. Ladies, check it out for yourself and who knows, you might fell in love with it too.

Nice atmosphere. I've been here a handful of times over the past two years. The only services I have had were eyebrow waxing and pedicures (not a big manicure person). Both have always looked great. The only drawback sometimes is the wait. I do tend to go at busier times like Saturday afternoons, but even calling ahead doesn't seem to help. Other than that I have no complaints and would recommend this place to a friend.

Very nice employees. I went to Finger Tips the day before my wedding to get a manicure and pedicure. I brought my 4 bridesmaids, mother, mother-in-law, sister-in-law and niece. The only thing that bothered me the entire time we were there is that they didn't seem prepared for such a large group (even though I had made reservations and told them exactly what everyone wanted done 2 weeks prior). It took a little longer than expected, but everyone had a great time. All of the employees were so nice and did a wonderful job with everything (6 pedicures, 8 manicures, and 2 eyebrow waxes). All my girls were very pleased also. I will definitely be going back to Finger Tips.

Run Away!!!. I usually get my nails done at another establishment, but decided to try Finger Tips. When I entered the store, all of the nail techs were busy and they asked me to sit and wait. After 20 minutes, they brought over a gentleman who did not have a station and he collected equipment from other technicians. All I needed was an acrylic fill and he took an hour and 15 minutes! I also asked for a French manicure with a gel overlay. He was unable to do that and after I complained about how long it had taken, the manager came over and finished my nails. The VERY next day, the French manicure chipped COMPLETELY off my nails. I went back to Finger Tips and was told they were too busy to fix them and to come back later. In addition, the sides of the acrylic are separating from my nail after only 3 days. I'm going to another salon to have them fix the mess Finger Tips made of my nails. I would not recommend this salon AT ALL!!
