Worst Dentist I have even seen - Rating below 0.
She (owner Kavit Ghia) is the worst dentist. Why ?
1- The office not healthy and scary. After I visited the office I was afraid to not be subjected to a HIV or any other virus because the office was dirty and there was a niddle laying on the table that should have been trashed.
2- The dentist is mean and scary.
3- She doest not have a good experience even though she has I would say more than 15 years of experience. Once I went to a dental student for the same treatment and that student was more professional than her.
4- Charges high fee - Price is not an issue for me if there is quality of treatment. After I received the quote I thought this is a good dental office since it was an expensive quote. But now, if she would pay the same amount to visit her office I will not visit because the office just not healthy and Kavit work quality is below dental student quality.
5- Do not ever extract your tooth at this office. I am an engineer and I could do a better tooth extraction than Kavit if allowed to me to practice.
The rating choosen 1 because there is no option to make it 0 or below 0. However, the rating is below zero for this office
Therefore, I recommend to not visit this office.
Thank you.
January 11 2012…
2 days to return my call about a toothache!!.
I contacted Crescent Family Dentistry in the middle of the night with a toothache using 1-800-dentist. Early the next morning, I received a call from 1-800-dentist saying that they spoke with
Crescent Family Dentistry and that someone from their office would return my call to schedule an appointment. I waited for 4 more hours, and ended up calling Riccobene Assoc. I didn't end up hearing back from Crescent until I had already seen the other dentist (from Riccobene) and had the problem taken care of. Crescent took 2 days to return my call, and they knew I had a toothache (the receptionist asked about it when she finally called me).
The way I see it is that if it takes 2 days to call someone back that has a toothache, then they must have too many patients and don't need my business!!…
