Staff is very friendly and my dog loves it there. Thanks for doing what you do.
My dog loves Camp Bow Wow.. My dog has been going to Camp for about 3 years and she absolutely loves it. She attends day camp a couple times each week and I've boarded her there as well. She is always so excited to go and comes home happy and tired! The staff are very caring and knowledgable, and have always been so kind to me and my dog. Highly recommended!!!
I moved here a year ago and live in an apartment. I started taking my dog to Camp Bow Wow 2 times a week or more. My dog loves it. I take out his "camp leash" and he can't wait to get in the car. He comes home eats his dinner and goes to sleep. It is nice for him to have a place he can be a dog with the rest of the "pack" . He loves to run around and play and doesn't get much of that when he is walked on leash. He can go in bad weather and heat of summer and he can play in a safe indoor space. I took him to another place once and in an 8 hour day he was let out to play for only 1 hour - the rest of the time he was in a kennel. I am so glad I found Camp Bow Wow and I have recommended them several times.
My dog has been going to daycare at
least once a week here for months now and she loves it. She is always beyond thrilled when she sees the building and is a happy but exhausted girl when I bring her home.
The staff is wonderful! They are all so nice and really care about my dog.
I had to board her for 3 days last month for the first time and I was very worried about how she would handle it. The staff took the time to update me when I called in the middle of the trip to tell me how she was acting and how her eating habits were.
The hours for pick up and drop off for daycare are also great, 7 AM to 7 PM.
We have been taking Chelsea, our
chocolate lab, to Camp Bow Wow for over a year. We mainly use Camp Bow Wow for the doggy day care service, but we have also boarded her there. I would recommend Camp Bow Wow whether just dropping your dog off for a day of play or boarding her overnight.
I also love the doggy cam feature. I love being able to check on her while at work or out of town.
Another huge plus is that you can really tell that the counselors are very friendly and you can tell they really love dogs.
NO General Manager onsite & franchise owner rarely. We have 3 dogs that go to daycare 2x week and we like to additionally patronize facilities that offer grooming , boarding . We generally spend $8,000 year on these services . We found recently Camp Bow of Cary Nc Lost their General Manager and replaced that GM with immature hourly personnel with no customer service skills . The franchise owner is rarely there after taking this franchise over and recently "we understood through his appearance at the facility "he is deep in need of customer skills as well" and it sadly has appears to be "money extraction business than a service business that understands customer service".
Great place to take your dogs!. My dogs absolutely LOVE Camp Bow Wow! I take them at least once a week and when I even mention the word "camp", they get excited and can't wait to get in the car to go see all of their 4-legged (and 2-legged) friends! The staff greets my dogs by name and with big smiles! By the wags on their tails, I know that my dogs are very well taken care of! I wouldn't take them anywhere else for day care or boarding!
One happy girl at Camp.
I've been taking my Vizsla to Camp Bow Wow for about two years now... it's wonderful. Anyone can turn a building into a dog day-care, but it's the great staff that makes it "Camp".
She goes once or twice a week, and she's always excited and eager to go. When we pull up, she pulls me to the front door, then waits at the counter for the staff to come get her. That says a lot about how she's treated, and how she enjoys being there. At the end of the day, she comes out playful and tired. I've also noticed that the camping time has made her much better in public around other dogs. She knows the pack behavior and 'language', and is better with dogs in the neighborhood or parks.
I also use Camp Bow Wow's boarding service whenever I leave town with same results. She's happy; she eats there; and the playtime is great exercise for her. I like knowing the play is always supervised, and that all dogs have to be current on their required shots.
Again, my appreciation for the great staff and management system. I highly recommend Camp Bow Wow to anyone who loves their dog(s).
Ruby and Doogie love Camp Bow Wow.
Our two dogs - a big black who is very sweet and a small Westie who is a puppy monster - love Camp Bow Wow. They almost run from the car to the Camp's front door because they can't wait to play - only the leashes hold them back. At the end of the day, they are exhausted from fun and play.
The staff is friendly and helpful.
We are delighted to have found Camp Bow Wow. And are even happier because it is so close to where we live.
Great place to take your dog.
My black lab loves camp bow wow.
I take my young lab, who now weighs about 80lbs, to camp bow wow about once a week. He must really love it because once he knows where he is going who goes wild with excitement. He loves to go and play with the other dogs and he always comes home very tired afterewards. Camp bow wow is great. The facility is very nice and clean and the staff are always very friendly. I would definitely recommend camp bow wow to others.
I only give it 4 stars instead of 5 because I think the online video streaming could be improved some. The cameras are at a strange angle and the frame rate or video quality could be better.
