Thanks to Acupuncture & Wellness Center, I have never felt healthier in my life! I first came to the center because of my 5-year battle with acne. During the first visit Cindi took the time to listen about the treatments I had already undergone and other issues with digestion and anxiety that I had been facing for years. She put together a plan for me which included diet, supplements, exercise and acupuncture.

Within a month my acne had made a remarkable improvement, my anxiety levels had decreased and, best of all, my awful digestion issues were no more! Cindi has been a wonderful help in my life and I would highly recommended the center to anyone.

I would highly recommend Acupuncture & Wellness Center of Cary NC. This is coming from a huge skeptic of acupuncture but this office was able to change my thinking within 5 visits.

I had severe shoulder blade pain for several years and had gone to my regular doctor for help. He gave me steroid shots in both shoulder blades which helped the pain before even leaving the office but then was back within a month or two. I decided then that I would probably just have to take pain killers or sleep aides when the pain got bad because I was not going to continue to receive steroid shots as a cure.

Then last year a co-worker recommended I try acupuncture and so I did. I did a quick Google search and read some of the reviews posted here, made my first appointment, and have been totally happy and without pain since about the 4 visit.

I HIGHLY recommend this practice. Cindi Fox-Kemp has helped me to completely turn my health around. After years of western medicine failing to figure out what was wrong with me and countless invasive tests, not to mention cost, Cindi helped me to feel better, get off all medicines and lose 25 lbs.!!! Now that's success.

I would highly recommend Cindi. She has a broad knowledge of medical facts and can effectively address a host of problems disclosed by the initial interview. She helped me with several issues which my internal medicine physician had not covered. In addition, her compassion to help patients is very real. I would certainly return to her for any future health issues for which she is trained.

A Life Saver. I was introduced to acupuncture several years ago when we were going through a time of high stress and my eyes began to twitch, constantly! A friend suggested I try acupuncture; the first visit eliminated about 95% of the twitching.

Several years later we move to Cary and again it was a time of high stress (relocating, changing jobs, selling houses). I was getting about 2 hours of sleep a night and was exhausted. I just couldn’t function any more.

So, I went on an internet search, found Cindi Fox Kemp, liked her credentials and thought I would try acupuncture again. After about 6 weeks of treatment, I began to sleep a little longer; after 8 weeks, I’m getting in 8 hours (ok, with one bathroom trip, but I’m going back to sleep!). I wake up rested and am able to function.

Another great result that I’m experiencing is a feeling of well-being. I didn’t realize how numb and shut down my emotions were until I began to ‘feel’ again.

Since moving to Cary, my husband had a small stroke. His residual effects were numbness in a few fingers and his left foot, and his mouth was turned down on his left side, which left him with slurred speech. While still in the hospital, I called Cindi’s office to ask if acupuncture could help a stroke patient.

“They say” if you can get a stroke patient in within 30 days of the event, that acupuncture might be beneficial. We were in within 5 days! My husband went into the treatment room with a visible downturn to his mouth and came out with a very slight dip and his speech was much improved! We were amazed!

Cindi has been a God-send to my family since moving to Cary.

Acupuncture Works !. I have been going for acupuncture treatments for over ten years and I know for fact that it works! I have seen very positive changes in my health; such as lower blood pressure, lower cholesterol, less anxiety, and better sleep. I have experienced the best results from Cindi with my standard of comparison being many other acupuncturists before her. My overall impression is that she is an incredibly educated and highly skilled practitioner who takes the time to really listen and go above and beyond to give other suggestions to further my well being. I was also very impressed with Cindi’s use of infrared lights and electric stimulation, which decreased my knee tendonosis pain. I feel very blessed to have met Cindi and would highly recommend her to anyone.

I would also like to say that her office and treatment rooms are the cleanest and most relaxing that I have ever seen.

So glad I found it!. I have suffered from migraines for nearly 20 years. Since going to Cindi, my migraines are dramatically reduced in both number and severity. I am taking MUCH less medication (prescription and OTC). I also made some dietary changes she suggested and have felt better than I have in years. Physically and emotionally. I feel like a new person! It is wonderful. I thank her for helping me get my life back. I highly recommend her!

Outstanding. Conventional modern medicine couldn't help me, but, Cindi did! I've been going to Cindi for 4 weeks, suffering from horrible tinnutis and I'm much inproved. Cindi is outstanding. She truly cares about the person she is treating and more thorough than many doctors. I highly recommend her!

Cindi cured my sinus disease!. I originally went to see Cindi for treatment for Bell's Palsy. This is a delightful condition (which generally resolves itself) where one side of the face is paralyzed. It can be quite painful for some people, but for me it was mostly annoying.

Thanks to Cindi's treatment, my BP very quickly resolved itself after only 3 weeks (many BP patients continue to get worse for the first 6 weeks). Cindi was fantastic and very willing to listen to me, as I did NOT want any e-stim treatments on my face. Cindi assured me it was safe, but I had heard that e-stim caused problems for some BP patients. She was great-- did not pressure me about it.

But the most wonderful thing is that Cindi cured the sinus disease I had suffered from for over 20 years. 20 years of 6-8 sinus and ear infections every year. After only a couple of months of treatments, my symptoms disappeared! Cindi is amazing! So kind and caring.

I did not realize how much pain and discomfort I had been suffering on a daily basis until it was gone! After just a couple of treatments I remember exclaiming, "I can breathe through my left nostril again! I didn't know I was so congested!" It was wonderful-- I started sleeping better immediately. I was able to stop taking all the sinus meds I had been on for years. It's been more 2 years now, and I haven't had a single sinus infection.

I highly. highly recommend Cindi. She really knows what she's doing. I didn't know what to expect from the treatments and was kind of nervous at first, but they are so incredibly relaxing I usually fall asleep. I will admit that the needles placed on my nose and cheeks did sting a little going in but just for a sec. NONE of the others were painful AT ALL. I did have to make some dietary changes too, but it was so worth it.

If you're nervous about acupuncture, I can assure you IT WORKS and Cindi is the BEST. It is a little expensive, but so is being sick and on antibiotics all the time!

Not only is Cindi amazingly skilled, she is always willing to listen and is flexible. I mentioned at the beginning of a treatment that I was coming down with an ear infection (after 20 years I know the feeling well). Well, Cindi changed her treatment plan in a flash to treat my ear infection and 20 minutes later, I had absolutely NO ear pain! Zip, nada, nothing! It was as if it had never happened!

Go and see Cindi. You will not regret it-- she is a miracle worker!

Has helped me so much. Just want to share with others how much Cindi has helped me. I found myself just "not feeling right emotionally"--call it mild depression/stress--I don't know, I just know I no longer felt like myself. Treatments with Cindi quickly helped me become my normal, happy self again. Cindi is incredibly skilled at acupuncture, always patient with questions and looks at health holistically. I give her my highest recommendation!
