Awful customer service. I liked this salon at first until I tried to cancel my membership. I would tell anyone thinking about getting a membership with them that they plan on having it for atleast 24 months even if they tell you that you can cancel after six months. It is a scam because they will still charge you a bunch of penalties and fees to the point that it is not worth. I will not tan with them again and have never experienced any contract with a tanning salon so misleading and such bad customer service with management.

Planet Beach Edwards Mill. Very friendly -- very clean -- the premium member ship is way overpriced. The moisturizing beds seem pretty bogus but the high pressure bed makes the $120 membership a bit less painful...

Awesome beds!. I won't go anywhere to tan but Planet Beach. The beds are top notch, clean, and cool. I'm always able to get in after work and I enjoy the friendly staff! I would recommend this place to any of my friends.

Really Good Tanning Beds. This location was very clean and the customer service was also expectional. I have tanned in several places and the beds were stronger then any other place in the triangle area.
