Hit and Miss. My first experience at Chipotle was outstanding!

However, recently, the food and service have gone "south". On a Saturday night, I ordered the chicken bowl to go and received the greasiest and most inedible food that I have experienced. I had to toss the food (literally and figuratively). Lesson learned.....

Oh, the staff were disoriented and slowed to a crawl when it came to processing the order I placed.

Very good food!. Great place! Clean, simple menu, great food served quickly! The vegetarian options here are much better than Moe's! Delicous fresh food! Really enjoyed it...we ate it 3 nights ago and hubby already wanted to go back today for lunch!

Good food.. The food here, like all chipotle's, is delicious and fresh. The prep area, condiment bar, and seating area are always very clean. The staff are friendly, and remember you if you're a repeat customer like myself. :-)

I will agree with a previous review, they charge for any little side dish. It's pretty annoying, and not like that at other locations. At least, not as bad. Took 1 star off for that. Give loyal customers a break sometimes, dudes!

Best food ever!!. Love love love Chipotle!! OK so it's a little bit more expensive than say Moe's, but you pay for quality food and you get it at Chipotle. Everything's awesome--you can't go wrong. I am amazed at how clean they keep the food prep area--even when there's a line out the door. Love the outdoor seating and the sharp lines.

Very Unfriendly. The management at this restaraunt is more interested in sticking it to the customer by over charging than he is in repeat business. On every occassion he has been rude and uncooperative. I simply wanted a side of beans for my 2 year old and it presents a big problem. I won't go back.

Very Good Eatin. I have to say that I love Chipotle. Always have (they are big in the Wash DC area where I am from). They have very healthy and tasty food, especially if you want the "healthy" version of Mexican. The one thing I have to say about this particular Chipotle though is (unlike all the other Chipotle's I have been too - 10 or so of em), these guys are like the Guacamole Nazis. Every last ounce of Guac will cost you. This may sound crazy to you, but if you are a guac aficionado like myself, it matters. Anyway, be ready to spend some extra on the guac here, because they aren't budging an inch towards generosity when it comes to their green gold.
