Nothing Special. WEnt to Brig's on the recommendation of others as the "best" breakfast in Wake Forest. Was disappointed with the food-bland, small servings for the price. WHile the menu LOOKS good, the food does not deliver. Plus, the decor/atmosphere didn't warrant the high prices. Griffin's in Youngville is better and cheaper.

$9 FOR 2 EGGS POOR QULAITY PITIFUL. EGGS ARE EGGS ARE EGGS Should not cost $9 for 2 . STAFF IS PITIFUL AT BEST! HIGH SCHOOL KIDS WITH NO TRAINING THAT ARE LOOKING FOR THEIR NEXT SMOKE BREAK . NO SERVICE, NO SLIVERWARE, NO DRINK REFILS. Might as well gone to MC D's and paid less

Owner of Briggs is genius and have all his guests fooled!

The non existent service creates a line of waiting people. So If you see a line ..... " IT MUST BE GOOD"

Well, not at this place... FAR FROM IT ... This guy is laughing at the fools that come into his places and are are willing to get poor service and pay $9 for a plate of eggs.

Quaint feel, great food. I actually love this restaurant. I've never had a bad experience. I think it's unfortunate that this restaurant got a bad review but I'm not suprised. Often people only take the time to sit down and complain. Rarely do people seek out to find where they can post a positive experience when they visit a business. I usually come there with 3 children and the staff is always friendly and patient. Sometimes you have to wait a little longer than you may like but it's because the staff is taking time with their customers, which is not common these days. They constantly have checked back with us to make sure everything was ok and if there was anything else we needed. Sometimes the crowd in there is a little stuffy/snobby...but not the staff.

Food is questionable, service is a joke. I have been to Brigs Wake Forest twice for brunch. The food wasn't bad, but not the "award winning" caliber they are famous for. The decor is reminiscent of a retirement home or garden variety seaside diner. Depending on when you get there the waits are almost not worth it. The host and wait staff look high school aged and seem way over their heads with the volume. It would be comical if it were not so blazingly annoying that in each visit we had to go hunt for our silverware. For some bizarre reason they do not set the tables and there is no silverware when you sit down. We were seated, served and had nothing to eat with. We had to ask the hostess to get it for us since our waiter, who looked about 15, vanished, and that was before we had to ask him to get it for us. It's a little thing, but it matters when you leave the restaurant and that's all you remember. We literally waited close to 10 minutes for someone to bring us a fork, knife, and spoon while our food grew colder. The second time I just got up, went to the wait station, and grabbed it. Both times there were no table checks, no refills, and no one really seemed interested when I brought it up the hostess when we paid our tab. A good restaurant would at least try to make up for it. Until they hire some staff who know what the hell's going on I think I'm done with this place.
