Raleigh >Greek Fiesta At Brier Creek
Friendly Smiles, Amazing Food!!.
I signed up for Greek Fiesta's e-mail club and this week they sent me a coupon for a free lunch. So glad that I went back... This time last year I thought the food was spectacular but the folks working there weren't very friendly. I just stopped going after a while...
Went in today (who can say no to a free lunch) and had a great experience! I showed them my birthday e-mail and they all were wishing me a happy birthday! What a huge smile I had on my face as I left.. Made my day! Thanks Greek Fiesta! I will definitely be coming back soon...
Love Greek Fiesta. I very much enjoy going to Greek Fiesta. My husband and I go a minimum of 3x a month. It's affordable for what you get (can't expect good cheap food... really), and for me I always get plenty. My favorite is the veggie platter and then add a lamb kabob. It never fails I take home enough for lunch the following day. Speaking as someone who has lost over 200lbs.. this is the perfect place for me to eat and not sit for 15 min trying to determine what I can or can't have that would be healthy. Excluding the yummy baklava and other treats that my husband and daughter love, I can have everything else on the menu and never worry. The staff are always nice - even when I like to mix up my order and make things difficult (as my husband says I so often do). Greek Fiesta is a great, simplistic, walk in eatery. I recommend it to everyone I know.
Bad Customer Service.
We have been dining at Greek Fiesta very regularly for the past few years. We tend to get there around 9 or 9:30, and Greek Fiesta closes at 10pm. We had never had a problem there before, but tonight when we ordered our food at 9:30, the guy asked us "for here or to go?" and we responded that we were eating in the restaurant. He then warned us that we only had 15 minutes to finish our food, even though they close at 10pm (as listed on the door). We ate our food, and as we were finishing up, the guy gave us a warning that we needed to be out in 5 minutes. We felt like we were being kicked out, and even spoke to him very calmly about it. He insisted that customers need to be out before closing time so that they can mop the store and clean up and the employees can go home early. After speaking with him, we felt he had no intention of providing good customer service.
With 2 other Mediterranean restaurants in Brier Creek with excellent customer service, Greek Fiesta is going to lose business.
not any good. Management saw the male cook be rude to me.The manager pretended nothing wrong. The male cook was rude. He rushed to get rid of me,talk back rude, try to start fights, rude looks, interrupt. And he yelled at me.He not want to cook my meal and earlier in this review it was described what he did to me.I finally told him I am going to get a refund on my meal and leave.I told the cook he try to start fights with me.And I am tired of his rudeness. The cook changed his mind and was nice to me.
Great food. Their lamb and chicken kabobs are very good. The salad, hummus and cucumber yogurt is great too. The restaurant is somewhat dull looking but the food makes up for that. We have eaten there several time and and our food was great every single time.
excellent food, improvements needed on price and service.. I?ve been there twice, they got my order wrong both times, Once, I ordered a cheesesteak and fries and they gave me a gyro and salad instead. Another time, they gave me salad instead of fries. The food is really good, but you don't get a lot for what you pay. Well actually, you do get a lot of lettuce, but that's it.
Expensive, confusing menu..
I don't get the love for this place. A gyro place should carve slices of lamb off of the rotisserie. They don't do that here because there is no rotisserie. They pull pre-formed slices out of a drawer and re-heat them on a grill. The tzatziki sauce doesn't have any cucumber flavor and too much dill. The menu is very confusing. Want to buy a single chicken skewer? Can't do that; or at least it's no where on the menu. I ordered 2 gyro combos, the guy asks if I want salad or fries. I figured I'd save a few calories and get salad. Go to pay, and find out that the combo is only fries - with salad it's something else. What? It's also expensive for this class of food, where everything is pre-made and just reheated. They do have some other foods beyond the typical gyro joint, like those stuffed, rolled grape-leaves - but it's all served on styrofoam plates.
I will give them points for running a clean shop and having a very nice dining area with 2 large LCD TV's, and music that wasn't overpowering.
THE BEST CHICKEN PITA EVER!. I love the food at Greek Fiesta! It is always fresh and healthful. The fresh chicken breast pita is wonderful. It is the best I ever had! It is marinated fresh chicken breast with just the right ammount of spices.Their cucumber dip, hommos and kabobs are all made in-house.The restaurant is very clean, service friendly and decorated nicely. I visit all their locations and get the same delicious food everytime. I recommend Greek Fiesta highly.
Great Fresh Food. I loved it! The food is amazing! I am not the biggest fan of hoummus BUT I loved it there. The food is a little pricey for take out but I think it is great...
Great food, Clean place, High end TV Screens.. I thought I would give this place a try for lunch. I was impressed. It's not your typical greek food shopping center experience. It's decorated very well, and the atmosphere was open and clean. I ordered a Gyro (my usual) and it was excellent! Better than others I have had in town. I was dining alone so the plasma screens were appreciated and well placed. Everyone else seemed to be relaxed and comfortable enjoying themselves as well. Not your usual "Fast Food" lunch crowd. It was a great place to eat quick and still achieve a restaurant atmosphere without having to wait on a server and leave a tip. I highly recommend it for lunch or an evening meal.
