Great creativity. Helpful staff who go the extra mile!. I am helping coordinate bouquets for my daughter's dance recital and our group has a really limited budget. Cydney and her staff went above and beyond putting helping us put together several options for parents to consider and even offering a discount so that we can use the flower sales as a fundraiser for the dance program. I had called three other florists who told me they couldn't help me with what we needed to do. Cydney and her staff said "no problem, tell us what you need and it will be done." I can't thank them enough!

Spectacular Flowers for the Wedding Weekend. This review is written by a totally delighted Mother of the Groom who knows little to nothing about flowers. The bride and her mother wisely chose The English Garden after talking with them at the bridal show in the Spring. To work with Cydney was a true delight. As other reviews so aptly put it....she listened to the brides requests and put her special touch on all the flowers in the most delightfully pleasing way. The flowers were elegant but not stuffy and she did them for not only the wedding reception but for the Rehearsal Dinner and Bridesmaids luncheon as well.

We were a fortunate group in that our bride knew very clearly what she wanted but Cydney made her vision come alive with her creations. I would highly recommend her for any occasion and feel content to now have a florist here who is so competent and accommodating at the same time.

Wedding Wow!. I cannot say enough about the English Garden. From beginning to end, Cydney and her staff went above and beyond to make our wedding day perfect. The flowers were spectacular, the attention to detail above and beyond our expectations. Most importantly, Cydney really made an effort to get to know us and to really capture our personalities and style in the decor. I checked out other florists before finding the English Garden and I can honestly say there is just no comparison. We came in right on budget, the flowers looked like they were right out of a Platinum Weddings show and we formed a friendship with the Englishes that we know will be a lasting one. Thank you again for making our wedding day the day of our dreams!

A Glowing Recommendation. The English Garden did the floral work for my daughter's birthday celebration. As a professional event planner, I have worked with The English Garden before and knew what a wonderful job they have done for my clients. I met with Cydney to discuss the event theme (Chinese New Year) as well as my ideas for this event. I really wanted to capture the asian theme and create some spectacular additions to the event. Cydney far surpassed my expectations with the arrangements she provided. She completely captured my vision for the event. The chinese dragon centerpieces with tails crafted from orchids, tangerines and flowing ribbons were breathtaking and the chandelier made from bamboo poles, draping orchids and chinese lanterns was beautiful. I would absolutley recommend The English Gardn for any type of event, large or small.

Best Florist Period.. I am a local Raleigh DJ and work lots of weddings and events. I can honestly say that when the English Garden does the flowers, people are blown away. Their design ideas, the way they listen to their clients, and the way they really focus on each and every detail really sets them apart from other florists. They treat every wedding like it is a platinum wedding. I just got an anniversary bouquet for my wife that was her favorite ever. Cydney helped me come up with a really great idea. She designed a bouquet like my wife's wedding bouquet and she couldn't believe it. It was awesome!

STUNNING!!!. I recently got married and The English Garden did all of my flowers. EVERYTHING was just stunning! I couldn't have been happier. My boquet was amazing! The flowers at the reception were gorgeous! The entire staff at the shop were all so easy to work with, and they all had wonderful ideas to make my flowers different and beautiful. People commented all night on how beautiful the flowers were! Cydney was awesome!! I would recommend them to anyone!

Floral Design Extraordinaire !. Cydney and The English Garden were the sole floral arrangers for the Junior League of Raleigh's A Shopping SPREE! Our working experience was enjoyable and hassle free. Her arrangements were not only beautiful but creative and not run-of-the-mill. We couldn't have asked for a better floral designer! SPREE would not have been as festive without her! We look forward to working with her again in the future!

Beautiful Creative Floral Designs. Artspace has a long-standing business relationship with owner Cydney Davis English and we are pleased to continue our support of The English Garden. The store does an excellent event package for Artspace's annual Collectors Gala each fall. The beautiful, creative table arrangements and building decor always set the perfect back-drop for this black-tie affair. Highly recommend!

Unique Floral Designs & Personal Service. Thank you so much for making my wedding day exactly what I dreamed of. Cydney and her team went above and beyond what I ever expected. I gave Cydney my budget and pictures of centerpieces, boutonnieres, and bouquets that I liked and she made it work. After tons of emails and PERSONAL appointments my wedding turned out better than I could have ever expected!!! I expressed to Cydney that I wanted modern and non-traditional flower arrangements and that's exactly what I got. My guests are still talking about how beautiful and unique the flowers were. There are not enough words to express how thankful I am to have walked in the doors of The English Garden and met Cydney Davis-English.

Eye Popping Arrangements and Great Customer Service!. I have shopped at the English Garden since it opened and Cydney and the staff have never failed to amaze me and the recipients of their flowers. They are experienced and innovative designers, they have beautiful containers to match any style and decor and have a great variety of gifts for baby to grandma in the store. I love to go there because I know I am going to visit friends. Many of my friends shop there now too. Cydney is the best!
