Love the English Garden! This is such a great store. I was in the English Garden today looking for a housewarming gift for a friend. I could not believe the variety of flowers available. Irma, one of their designers who has made bouquets for me many times, made a beautiful bouquet for me from local zinnias, sunflowers, blackeyed susans, dahlias and PEONIES. I could not believe they still had peonies in this time of year. They had gotten them in from Alaska of all places. WOW! These ladies know their flowers. Every time I go in the English Garden I feel like I am the only customer that they have. They treat me like royalty whether I am buying one stem of daisies or a big, fancy bouquet. Check out this place! It is great!

The English Garden is an absolutely amazing florist! We met with Lacey for flowers for our wedding a few weeks ago. We had met with several other florists and had just not clicked with anyone. Lacey immediately put us at ease. It is really evident that she knows weddings. We learned that she has worked in the event industry for many years before joining the English Garden staff. Cydney joined us for the consultation to further discuss design ideas and the value of her input cannot be put into words. Within minutes it was clear that she truly got our vision but also understood the limitations of our budget. She and Lacey helped us get ideas about linens; made referrals to use for photographers, a baker and a day of coordinator. We went in for a simple flower consultation and left having so many of the details for our florist under control. Lacey created a proposal for us swiftly, within a couple of days of our consultation. It was so much more detailed than any other proposal we received and also gave us numerous options for both designs and pricing. When we had questions about the best way to combine different design ideas, she made great suggestions and really helped us put together a perfect combination. We cannot wait to see the results for our big day next May. The English Garden is the best!

Poor service. Very poor service. Went in for wedding consultation and felt confident that we were going to choose them, until service went down hill as soon as we walked out of their shop. They told us they would give us a quote in 2-3 days, and it was me emailing them over a week later checking when we should receive the quote before we heard anything back from them. Then after emailing back and forth on ideas we were told we would hear something the next Tuesday and it has been 2 months and still no response back! I'm one for service so I obviously went to a different florist after waiting just 2 weeks for a response from English Garden and the service and response time of the other florist we chose was outstanding; in fact we increased our budget for wedding flowers $1,000! I understand people can get busy and that is fine, but they should atleast tell you that it will take time to get back to us and not promise a follow up if they can't follow through. Poor experience at English Garden and we'll never go back!

o.k. but not spectacular. Good value but not too exciting. Employee was aloof and not very helpful. I didn;t meet the owner. Maybe it would have been better if I had. Have already found someone else close by that I really like so unless they are on vacation, probably will not give this florist another chance.

Fantastic Florist!. This is a great florist!!! I have just discovered them and the owner Cydney knows every kind of flower imaginable. they had things I had only been able to find in my favorite florist in San Francisco. Definitely Raleigh's best florist

The best bridal florist.... Cydney immediately put my fiance and I at ease from the moment we met her. She was professional, creative, and competent, showing us a variety of arrangements and weddings she had participated in. Cydney listened carefully to who we were and what our vision was for the wedding. Her excitement was contagious! Through the planning process she was a dream to work with; quick to communicate and organized while providing several sample arrangements and budget plans. She went above and beyond duty even offering advice on linens and helping choose the cake! As a bride I really appreciated how she respected our budget. The flowers she provided at our wedding were absolutely stunning. We could not have been more impressed with either her or her arrangements. I consider it an honor to have gotten to know her through the wedding process and call her a friend.

Wonderful store-great bargains and friendly staff. The owner helped me find a perfect housewarming gift for my boss. I had a limited budget but needed something that really made a statement. She helped me put together a really custom gift basket with organic teas, a candle and locally grown zinnias that were amazing in color. The owner and her staff really know their stuff. She was so knowledgeable about the source of her products and you can tell that being green and eco-friendly is really important to her. I will definitely shop there again!

THE BEST WEDDING FLORIST. The English Garden did my wedding flowers recently and they were beautiful beyond my wildest dreams. I cannot say enough about this florist. I had gone to another vendor. He was supposed to be Raleigh's top wedding vendor but he treated me like I was just taking up his time. When Cydney met me , she was so personable and paid such attention to every little detail. And even better she brought my wedding in right where I needed it to be budgetwise. If you need wedding flowers, book English Garden now. It won't be long before a magazine or TV show snaps up this talented designer and her staff.
