Excellent Service at a Great Price. I've been looking around Raleigh for a garage that meets my needs without charging outrageous rates. I can say that Pinnacle Automotive has made me happy on more than one occasion with superior customer service, an accurate diagnosis of my problems and a quick affordable repair that works around my busy schedule. Electronics are a problem, good towing service though.... Mechanical work is done well. Electronics however are a whole 'nother thing -- apparently reading manuals is not a strength. They claim to be able to do almost any repair, but fall way short of the mark on anything electronic.…
Watch out!.
My wife and I were initally lured into their trap by their friendly nature and "can do" attitude, But when it came time to do the work on a timely basis, we were sorely dispaoointed. Not only were
issues with our vehicle never fully resolved to our satisfaction, some issues were we discussed were never adressed at all.
If you have a simple issue, these guys might be okay, but they charge over $100 per hour labor when most in the area charge an average of $78 per hour.
Please sure to get your diagnostics done elsewhere. Kevin would not even come from the back to discuss these issues with me and never returned a call. They over-extend themselves with promises they can not keep in a timely manner.…

I have been relying on Pinnacle Automotive for a number of years now and I continue to be extremely pleased with the service I get from them. I feel that I get an honest assessment of my vehicle's
condition and they are very good about explaining the repairs or service. They take pride in the work that they do and they are committed to providing a very high quality of service. They are not the closets service station to us, but they are well worth a longer drive to work with them.
