Excellent Service at a Great Price. I've been looking around Raleigh for a garage that meets my needs without charging outrageous rates. I can say that Pinnacle Automotive has made me happy on more than one occasion with superior customer service, an accurate diagnosis of my problems and a quick affordable repair that works around my busy schedule. I can say that as long as I live in the Raleigh area, I will continue using Pinnacle's services as well as referring them to everyone that I know. Thank you for a job well done!

PINNACLE AUTOMOTIVE SERVICE. MY EXPERIENCE HERE WAS WONDERFUL. I HAD ALOT OF MINOR ISSUES WITH MY 2004 MERCEDES. THE STAFF WAS VERY HELPFUL & KNOWEABLE. THEY WERE RECOMMONDEND TO ME MY A FRIEND. IF YOU NEED A GOOD REPAIR SHOP PLEASE, PLEASE VISIT THEM YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED.

Electronics are a problem, good towing service though.... Mechanical work is done well. Electronics however are a whole 'nother thing -- apparently reading manuals is not a strength. They claim to be able to do almost any repair, but fall way short of the mark on anything electronic.

Great work in a Tough situation!. Chris Ramirez did super job for us in an effecient amount of time. Our van would not start and it was face first in our garage. He had to pull it out of our garage and down our driveway with special dolliles under the front wheels. Then, he hooked it up to his truck from the front and dropped it off at a mechanic's shop, as I recall. This was months ago. But he thought through our problem, came up with a solultion, and exceuted it in a good amount of time. We were very pleased with his work!

Watch out!.
My wife and I were initally lured into their trap by their friendly nature and "can do" attitude, But when it came time to do the work on a timely basis, we were sorely dispaoointed. Not only were issues with our vehicle never fully resolved to our satisfaction, some issues were we discussed were never adressed at all.
If you have a simple issue, these guys might be okay, but they charge over $100 per hour labor when most in the area charge an average of $78 per hour.
Please sure to get your diagnostics done elsewhere. Kevin would not even come from the back to discuss these issues with me and never returned a call. They over-extend themselves with promises they can not keep in a timely manner.

We really are genuinely friendly in nature and work very hard to earn and keep our customers business. As a family business there are few customers that we dont meet or know on a personal basis. We are puzzled as to the situation that lead to this review and have no recollection of any customer that we have ever intentionally refused to speak to. It is very unusual that Kevin is not available to assist a customer with a problem . We are a full service mechanical repair shop, our labor rate is $92.49 per hr and lower than most of our competitors. We work very hard to have happy and satsified customers and regret that we were not given the opportunity to address your concerns before leaving this review. We encourage feedback and if a customer is not satisfied we really do want to know. Since this is an anonymous review we are unable to identify the specific incident in question which would have allowed us to respond in further detail.

Very good people to work with!.
I have been relying on Pinnacle Automotive for a number of years now and I continue to be extremely pleased with the service I get from them. I feel that I get an honest assessment of my vehicle's condition and they are very good about explaining the repairs or service. They take pride in the work that they do and they are committed to providing a very high quality of service. They are not the closets service station to us, but they are well worth a longer drive to work with them.
The family ownership of Kevin, Chris, and Darnell really shows through. They take the company mission statement seriously!

Going the extra mile. Chris & company did me better than right. Needed a new alternator...much more expensive at the dealer. But the bad alternator also fried the battery. It still had some warranty left, so Chris called that auto store and got them to deliver the replacement battery to Pinnacle. Installed free of charge and they gave me a military discount. Will they get more of my business...heck yes!

Could not install an injector on 07 335i. Apparently this can only be done at a Dealership.

Best Towing service in the Raleigh area.. Chris is really great. He is very concerned about provding the best and fastest service. Not only does he do towing but he does auto repair. I highly recommend him. Make sure you keep his number in your phone.
