Great service, family oriented. I read these reviews and have to laugh at some of them. There is no way to satisfy everyone no matter how good the service is. I had my first experience with Z-Mech Auto when I called around town to find the cheapest price to fix my car. As it turned out, not only was Z-Mech the cheapest, but they had my car ready that day when other service centers wanted to keep it overnight. Since then I have taken a 6 different makes and models to Z-Mech's, from old trucks to high performance BMW's. I join a list of friends, family, and neighbors who use their services as well. As for diagnostics, I can't speak for anyone but myself. They have researched and fixed all issues I have had . As someone said before, they are honest, trustworthy, and hard workers. They will quote you a price BEFORE they perform the service. If complications arise, they will contact you before working on the vehicle. I give this place 5 stars!. They have been so helpful to me for the last couple years. I feel like they really know what they are doing..it is hard to trust people these days but this place you can trust! Z is great..so helpful and so knowledgeable.
