Tips for Bonefish Grill

Bad Bad service. Been going to this restaurant since they opened am a regular customer. the food is great if you can overlook the bad service. I dont know what happened, they started out so good and for the past several months i dont know where they are finding their employees, special waiter named Craig, if you have a choice dont get seated in his section. Very rude, unprofessional, disrespectful, i dont know how he got hired and still working there. I and several people i know have had horrible experience with him. i know several complaints have been made to manager and nothing has been done. I dont understand why they keep a horrible employee thats making them loss business.

Awesome. The food was quick, fresh and delicious. I'll be back.

Good Food a Little Noisy. Food is excellent and prices are fair. We've visited on very busy evenings and the restaurant is a little noisy. On our last visit our table had an unattractive view of the kitchen. I'd go again, just would not dine at the same table.

On our first visit the waitress was just average, on our second visit the waitress was very good.

Editorial Review by Christina Thornell. Chain eatery serves market-fresh fish cooked on a wood-burning grill, including swordfish and lobster tails dipped in any of its signature sauces.

Great Shrimp. I have been pleasantly surprised each time I have eaten at Bonefish. For a chain they have excellent food with different offerings than a lot of other restaurants. The service has always been good. I would recommend you try it, if you are looking for some good seafood options. The prices are reasonable too.

food o.k., service terrible. Went to Bonefish grill with a couple of friends for an early dinner. The food was o.k. but the service was just plain bad. The hostess actually rolled her eyes when we asked to be seated in a booth and all the booths were empty except for one or two. Our server just acted like he was very unhappy to be there. Not worth the money.

The worst customer service experience I have ever had in a restaurant.... ...and I have eaten in a lot of restaurants! This was our first time at the Bonefish Grill in Raleigh but we have been to a

Bonefish Grill in Orlando which was very good and decided to try this one.

The hostess was rude and unfriendly acting openly aggravated just because we asked to be seated at

a table other than the one she was placing us at. We got there at 4 p.m. for dinner and the place was practically empty

but for some reason she had a problem with us

sitting at another table. I ordered the grilled sea bass with mango salsa which was very good in the Orlando Bonefish Grill.

The sea bass they served me here was so undercooked that parts of it were not even warm and were obviously raw.

Our waiter brought the fish back to the kitchen to be cooked. This was the first time I ever sent a meal back to the kitchen at a restaurant.

The manager then came to our table. I was expecting him to just apologize for my fish being undercooked but instead he blamed me for having to

send the fish back basically

saying that I didn't know how sea bass was supposed to be cooked and that I could not tell whether or not it was raw.

Not a good experience overall. Good customer service was nonexistent here.

Pretty good food, OK service.. I tried Bonefish for the first time the other night. I ordered the Ahi tuna which was delicious! We also got the coconut shrimp for appetizer which was good as well. My waiter was kinda slow though. It took him a while to get to our table in the beginning to even say hi. Then he brought bread after we were finished with our appetizer? I thought that was kind of weird. I asked him what he'd recommend to order, or what sauce to order with the Ahi Tuna, or how I should get it cooked... And he didnt seem to know the menu well. The food came out pretty promptly but the waiter was not very good at checking back or refilling our drinks. I would go back just to have the tuna again, there weren't very many choices on the menu. But overall, it wasn't bad.

Awesome Bartenders.. I have been to restaurants from here to California. I would have to say that Billy and Sean, two of the bartenders at the Raleigh location are probably the best bartenders that have ever served me. They are very knowledgeable about what they sell. They guide you through the whole dining experience. Fast and friendly service no matter how busy they are. Anyone who has been there knows how busy the Bonefish Grill gets. For the best cocktails made by the best Bar staff in Raleigh. I would highly recommend the Bonefish grill in North Raleigh.

Food was good, but service was S*L*O*W.. My husband & I ate at Bonefish Grill last night for dinner. We were seated fairly quickly considering we didn't have reservations, but the service from our waiter was a big disappointment. His tables were all next to each other & but he seemed to have a very difficult time juggling their needs. It took him forever to get our drink order, we had to ask for bread (sitting in the middle of his tables, the others had theirs), & my order for a second glass of wine took way too long to arrive. He also seemed too enthralled with the blonde at the table next to ours, spending too much time conversating with her about WHATEVER to get our drink order & bread. He approached our table on 2 occasions with the apology, "I'm sorry, I didn't forget about you..." Considering we arrived at 5:30 & didn't leave until 6:45, I guess you can say our service at best was slow. The atmosphere was very nice, however, & our Ahi Tuna was fabulous with a capital FAB. I will try it again for the tuna itself (I hear the shrimp appetizer is good, too!), but if the service is again poor, I'll go elsewhere.
