I had my tattoos removed at Excellase. After just 2 treatments they are almost completely gone! Just a small, faded spot is left. I am very happy with the results so far.
I have been going to Excellase for about two years! I was new to laser hair removal but now a huge fan!!! Noushi is great...she will put you at ease and have you laughing through the whole treatment. She also can do so many other laser treatments to fix those little things that bother you such brown spots, red moles, etc. I highly recommend her!! :)
I've had a great experience here. Noushi is really funny and makes you feel welcome the minute you walk in the door. There are times you have to wait a bit (5 or 10 minutes), but she's a small business owner that gives all of her clients the attention they deserve. I can understand that 100% and I appreciate the time she gives me when we're together.
amazing results. I am sooo glad I found Noushi. She really knows what she is doing and makes you feel very comfortable during the whole process. I have thick course hair and used to have stubble a few hours after shaving. I have had 3 treatments on my legs and for the first time in my life, I can put on a bathing suit and not have to run into the bath room and shave first. What a life changer. She uses the best laser out there and goes inch by inch with a magnifying glass making sure not to miss a spot. I highly recommend her and look forward to many other treatments with her

The positive reviews sound like they were written by the same person.
I suggest trying a more professionally ran clinic.

All my reviews are written by REAL customers not by me or a ghost writer. If I have ever missed your appointment, I will make it up to you by giving you a free treatment!!! So please let me make it up to you. The week before Thanksgiving my father had a heart attack and I left on moments notice to see him before his bypass surgery. I contacted those that I had the number for to let them know I had to rush to go out of town, but 2 people I did not have the number for. I am sorry I missed you. Please accept a free treatment up to $200 as my way of saying I am sorry I missed you.
Unprofessional and Offensive. I was very disappointed with Noushi and her level of professionalism. She does not return calls or emails to schedule appointments that have been paid for. Every session was interrupted to address other customers, and phone calls. On more than one occasion she cancelled my appointments. She also was personally critical of the hair that "needed to go" making me feel ashamed that it was left untreated for so long.
Oh my word! Please do not take offense at what I say about hair. I used to to have horrible facial hair before I did laser. I was traumatized by hair. So when I see a hair that is there, I will have to remove it and it becomes personal. :-) Thats why a lot of my cutomers like me, because I will not let any hair escape untreated. I can offer low prices because I keep my overhead low by not having a full time receptionist. I am really sorry that you were dissapointed and I honestly did not mean to offend you. I joke around a lot and sometime they backfire.
laser skin tightening, sun spot removal and hair removal. I've tried different salons for various aesthetic procedures and have found no one as dedicated, skilled and determined to please as Noushi Hausler. Intelligent and easy going, she is thorough and has consistent good prices..That said her business is beginning to boom and I do see her need for an assistant. I would recommend her without question! I plan to be a regular client before she's too big to take new business! She's improved the tauntness and texture of my skin tremendously and has removed sun damage from my legs that I thought I was stuck with!
Disappointing. Noushi is a kind person that takes much pride in her work. I have had some difficulty getting in contact with Noushi to schedule appointments, and I imagine this is because she does not have a receptionist. Also, I had hoped that laser hair removal would permanently get rid of all unwanted facial hair. It has definitely reduced the amount, but the laser is not always effective on blonde hair and it may take more than 6 visits for some people, like me, to get the results desired.
When I first went to Noushi, I thought I was going to be getting excellent treatments from her from the raving reviews. But after my first session I am very disappointed. These are the reasons:
I went to get 5 areas treated with LHR. 4/5 were ok. However, I noticed in 1 of the areas, which is rather large, at least 50% of the hair was missed. It continued to grow from the very day after the treatment. I went in for not 1, but 2 touch-ups. Each time, she neither let me shave before coming in nor did she shave the areas she missed before she treated them. She used a sweeping motion, with the laser missing several areas, not allowing the laser to hit everything. During all 3 sessions, she constantly (6-10 times per session at least) would interrupt the session to see who was calling, answer a phone call, or listen to a voicemail, 1 of them being a personal phone call lasting around 5-10min. She would come back unsure of where she left off, causing to again miss areas.
Her lack of attention was evident, especially when she would come back from phone calls 3 times to ask me, each time, about the movie I saw last weekend, as if it was the first time she asked. She would also leave the session to go talk to another patient in the waiting room. The first time I went, we were about to get started when another customer came in that wanted just a small area done. She asked if it was ok that she do him first, and then asked me to go shave everything that I wanted done in the bathroom. These small things, here and there, once in a while, do not bother me. But all of them added up made me realize just how little she focused on customer service. I understand she is a 1-woman show but she needs to show more respect and attention to the customer she is having a current session with. All the while, I could hear her underlying condescending tone towards me as if she was doing ME a favor by using her time to service me, not being there to make sure I am getting 100% complete satisfaction. She would say things like "you're definitely getting your money's worth out of me." Well, no, I was NOT getting my money's worth. I was not asking for extra treatments for free, only asking the ones I paid over $500 for to be done correctly. A couple of times saying some rather rude and inconsiderate things, briefly catching herself after realizing it. These were during the touch-up sessions.
I again called after the 2nd touch-up to let her know the area was still being missed and it was from then on she decided it wasn't worth her time to take care of the situation or reply to my voicemails or emails in a timely fashion. She could have avoided all of this by allowing me to shave the entire area before coming for the touch-up and redoing the entire area attentively. It really bugs me when people in the service industry do not admit any type of fault or take a true corrective action to remedy the situation. I was ready to take the full plunge into LHR and to invest thousands of $ into the treatments. Maybe some people have had success with her, maybe it's her "charm" that keeps people from posting anything negative, I don't know. I felt as if she was selling her personality through passive aggressiveness rather than her service itself. I'm guessing her main demographic is young, impressionable people not thoroughly educated on how a proper business should be run. She lacks professionalism and attention to detail, from my experience with her. Perhaps if she got an assistant to manage her calls/etc, she would have more focus on the customers. Until then, I won't be a returning customer.
