Given wrong pants, lost shirt. Customers aren't important.... I live in the townhouses right near the Sherrils. I have been going to the other dry cleaner place between Bank of America and Wild Wing Cafe (in Brier creek) for the past three years and decided to try Sherrils out because I was so close to it. After going there I was charged a ridiculous amount for only a couple of pieces of clothing. Somewhere around $20 for 6 pieces (pants and shirts). So they said come back the next day and I do in the afternoon. When I get there they say my shirt had to be kept for further cleaning (it was only wrinkled and had nothing wrong with it). I got home and realized that the polo shirts looked extremely faded and I had been given the wrong pair of pants. So I stopped by and they said they would contact me. They never called me about the shirt, or the pants. It has been two months. I'm just not going to worry about it and continue going to the other place in Brier Creek where I have had no issues at all. Would not recommend this place from my experience.

Drive thru. Great dry cleaners...they come running when they see my car pull up. Great employees and so convenient.

friendly service, good prices. After moving to the Brier Creek area 2 years ago, my husband and I have tried every dry cleaners in the vicinity. It was very difficult to find an inexpensive place with next-day turn around and friendly service until Sherrill's opened. The prices are reasonable and our clothes can be picked up the next day. We always have great service, from the quality of the cleaning to the warm greeting at the counter.
