Bad Install with No Resolution from the Owner. My experience with Luxury Bath & Kitchen was a negative one once we made our deposit and expected a professional installation of a shower. My wife and I went weeks without hearing from Luxury Bath about our install and had to call to get a date scheduled. The owner Michael promised a professional and quick installation but that is not what we received. After 2 full days of what was suppose to be a day 1/2 worth of work, we had to ask the luxury bath team not to return to our home. They left us with a shower faucet that would not shut off and we had to called in a licensed plumber to repair the issues cause by Luxury Bath. Needless to say this was not a good experience and the owner Michael proved to be unresponsive to taking care of his customers. We are completely disappointed that we gave our business to Luxury Bath of Raleigh despite 2 other bids to have our install done professionally within a day. I would strongly recommend to any friends to seek another company using a licensed plumber if considering a bath or kitchen upgrade. Don't make the same mistake we did without knowing you were warned.
