Service is sometimes good, sometimes bad.
We live near this Ruby Tuesdays and have been there several times. The food is always great and we especially love the salad bar! Our experience with respects to service has been varied. Some nights they are right on and bring us drinks on time with no issues. Other times, we have to search for our waiter, ask other waiters for drink refills, sit with our food for 3 or 4 minutes before they come back to bring us the silverware or condiments we requested.
If you are getting the salad bar and don't mind if the service is bad, this is a good place to go!
