Cvs PharmacyBad Customer Service. This pharmacy has continues to get worse and worse over the past year. We have used this location for 11 years. However they continue to make mistakes and cause my wife and I lost time. Prescriptions are not able to be filled through their phone system because the system says they are already being filled. Yet when we go in they don't have it ready. Then you have to come back because they are too busy. Today my wife went in to get a prescription that was phoned in by our Dr. and they said they didn't have it. It was after Dr. hours on a Friday. My wife drove back to the Dr. office which was closed. I called the pharmacy and insisted they had it and after more looking they found it. Between my wife and I we wasted over an hour trying to complete this task. CVS... hire some staff. This is ridiculous. We will try somewhere else.
