Leith Ford - Horrible Experience. Poor communications - took 28 days to pay our trade off - refused to pay the interest charges during this period of time - Misrepresented Ford rebates and financing - Has made no attempt to bring a mutual resolution to the table - I ended up paying more for this vehicle because of the dealership's handling of this sale. Sales Person was Chris Roberson, Sales Manager was Tony D., Finance Manager Tony Crews. They accept no responsibility for their poor performance at all! Buy a vehicle from anywhere but here. PS: we upgraded the cloth seats to leather and asked to keep our cloth seats, since we paid for them and in case we damage the leather - nope, ignored.

Travis Thornton - Great Salesman – My wife and I have purchased two Kia Souls from Auto Park Kia (both from Travis). My wife purchased hers in February and I purchased mine a couple of weeks ago. I had no intentions on purchasing a 2nd Kia soul until after visiting other dealers and was approached with high pressure sales tactics. Travis and the Leith of Wendell Staff were great on both occasions. I highly recommend them and now my wife and I are the proud owners of two great Kia Souls.
great sales experience! – On May 28th, my beloved Missy, the Mitsubishi Montero, finally died after 12 years and 290,000 miles. I was devastated. It was the Friday before a holiday; it was raining and my vehicle that was paid for and a part of the family had died. I was in shock and didn't know what to do. After scouring different vehicles on the internet and requesting more information from several dealerships, I received an email from Jim Lovelace at Leith of Wendell. I gave him my information and he invited me down to the dealership on Monday to see the vehicle that I had inquired about. My son and I went down to take a look at the car but it did not live up to my expectations. Jim knew that I needed a car and he also knew that I was in shock over losing Missy, so he graciously allowed me to explain my needs to him, wander around the dealership, whine a little about the fact that I had to buy a car (even though I had gotten EVERY cent's worth from my prior new car purchase) and even test drive a car home to ease into the idea of the purchase! HE was more than accommodating and very helpful.
Even though I was not ready to purchase a car (even though my poor vehicle was ready to retire) it was a pleasant experience at Leith Kia. If you need a vehicle, go see Jim Lovelace. He ROCKS! :)
See Marc Hodge for the best deal! – I had been searching for a while for a red Kia Forte so I knew I needed to act fast when I saw one available from Leith Kia. I called first thing Monday morning and spoke with Marc and by that evening I was driving home in my new Kia. He made sure the car was ready for me when I got there and when we noticed some scratches and scuffs on the car he came out with cleaner and buffed the car himself! Even though there was one mark he couldn't get rid of he made sure that the body guy could take care of it and after I purchased the car Marc make sure an appointment was made for the body guy to come out and fix the ding on my car. I gave Marc a hard time on the price but he worked with me and gave me a great deal so everyone could leave happy. If you are looking for a used or new car and a great deal, go see Marc. He's the best!
Kudos to Jim Lovelace – I went in to get regular service at Leith Kia Wendell and ran purposely ran into Jim Lovelace on the sales floor. He sold me my Kia Optima nearly two years ago so stopped to say "hi." I told him I want a Soul and he said let's work it out. We did and now I have a vehicle I really wanted. And at a price I could afford!
Before buying your next vehicle, see Jim Lovelace. He is the nicest car salesman you will ever meet. I know you'll appreciate him as much as I do!

Go See Jim Lovelace – We were in the market for a new SUV and happened to stop by one day and meet Jim. He was such a huge help and would recommend him to anybody who is looking for a new car and wants somebody helpful and friendly to work with. He was patient with us and able to find what we were looking for and meet our budget.
Great family business – Recently my family and I were shopping around for a new car that would work for our family. After a lot of research we ended up at Leith Kia Wendell. Our salesman, Jim Lovelace, was absolutely fantastic. He answered all of our questions, was friendly and helpful, and most importantly, a Carolina Hurricanes fan. We spent an enjoyable afternoon there in Wendell with Jim and the staff of Leith Kia Wendell, and I cannot stress enough how happy I am with my purchase and more importantly, the family vibe that I got there. I wholeheartedly recommend buying your next car here.
Marc Hodge is Best Salesman – My wife and I bought a new optima from Marc Hodge and he was great. This is the second vehicle we have bought from them and I will come back in the future. Marc was very nice and patient with us and made every effort meet our requirements.
