DO NOT GO HERE

My co-workers and I have been here several times and every time they manage to mess up our orders. Today we called ahead to place our order over the phone since we had a big order ahead. When we called the lady that answered the phone proceeded to tell us that she was too busy to take our order and we would have to come in. So we did, when arriving they screwed up 2 of our sandwhiches. We ordered 2 reubens and ended up with two plain bagels with cream cheese. Not to mention the salad was very skimpy..sandwhich cheese sliced, turkey/ham lunchmeat shredded..i do NOT recommend this place. They have a very bad attitude

- Cons: customer service, incorrect order most of the time

Caught them on a bad day? That's an excuse for treating customers that way and slamming a door in their face? That incident had nothing to do with the fact that they ran out of Taylor Ham. I was there and NO customer should have to witness the owners "verbal assault on his staff". That is no way to run a business! How about you give me a break! If thats an environment you would like to enjoy a meal in then I guess go for it, you deserve it! He was out of line and embarrassing! I dont give a sh*t if he's from NY or not, you respect your customers. Whatever happened to customer service?

Good Golly Molly eddied01...yous and your wife that thin-skinned or what? Yes, you caught them on a bad day in short supply of your Taylor Ham, but crying about the owner's demeanor? Give me a Break! I've been in several times and have heard that boisterous, verbal assault on his staff...but that's just his character, for Pete's Sake...just enjoy your food and get over it.

- Cons: Owner has a NY BigMouth
