Worst Property Management Company. Excellent Experience with Block/Phil Wicker.
My husband and I are relocating from the Midwest to the Raleigh area on May 1st for my business. If it weren't for Phil Wicker with Block and Associates knowledge of the area and attention to detail,
I feel certain we would be lost and still searching.
Unlike a few other rental agencies, Phil showed us homes that fit our needs without wasting our time. The Triangle is a complicated area for those who have never lived there and Phil made it quite easy for us to understand the area.
For the record, we have two dogs and wanted hardwood floors, 1st floor master, fenced yard, updated bath/kitchen, etc. Not an easy task and rental houses are constantly coming and going in the Triangle so if you snooze you lose.
The other agents were not nearly as attentive, or were pushy and very terse/quick, or just didn't get what we wanted in a rental home. Most of the time we were working at a real distance from the Midwest. Phil is kind, very patient, follows through and helped us throughout the entire process. After three months searching online with Phil and then a one week visit to Raleigh, we had decided upon a very suitable home.
Extreme kudos go to Phil Wicker with Block and Associates. I would highly, highly recommend Phil for relocating professionals (or anyone, really!) who needs help finding a rental home in and around the Raleigh area.…
