I would highly recommend Block & Associates to friends and family. I had another recent opportunity to work with Joshua Furr and Andrea, both of whom were extremely helpful and effective in helping me getting my property tenants placed. I am absolutely pleased with the the degree of professionalism and efficiency that both Joshua and especially Andrea provided to me. I have no hesitation to work with these great people and this company again. Thank you again for all your help.

We had a good experience with Joshua Furr at Block and Associates Realty. Due to Block and Associates being a large and busy realty company, we had a bit of trouble getting into contact with Joshua when we originally found a house we were interested in. However, once we went to the office and introduced ourselves, Joshua was very quick and prompt with information and helping us close the lease agreements. He made the process quick and convenient with online documentation since we lived over an hour away from the town we relocated to. We were in the house quickly and love our new home! I would recommend Joshua Furr to anyone looking for a new home. Thanks!

I would strongly recommend Joshua Furr. We found him through Citysearch and chose him based upon the reviews here. He is as good as everyone claims. My husband and I used Joshua recently to rent our home in Cary. We had a great tenant in the home a month later. We have already asked him to help us rent out our other property in the fall and recently referred him to a good friend of ours.

Worked with Joshua Furr at Block & Associates and we ended up in a great house. Everything was quick and painless. Josh and his team make it easy, clear and straightforward. Would recommend Josh at Block & Associates without hesitation. I cannot speak to the other sales/management staff.

I would highly recommend Block & Associates to friends and family. I was able to work with Joshua Furr and Andrea, both of which were VERY helpful and were always available to answer any questions I had about the property. I am absolutely pleased with the property and Mr. Furr and Andrea were ready and willing to work with my husband's and my hectic work schedule to do a showing of the home. This is a great company. I highly recommend Block and Associates Realty. Joshua Furr and his assistant Andrea were very professional and diligent in working with me throughout my moving in process. I was very suprised to see how everything just seemed to fall into place after one another. I met with Josh one day and the very next he was calling me to let me know I had been approved and setting up my lease! I have been VERY pleased with Mr. Furr and encourage others to hire him as their agent. Keep it up!!

I highly recommend Joshua Furr & Block and Assoc Realty. I have used their services several times over the past four years and they have always exceeded my expectations. They find me good tenants, quickly. I used to screen my own tenants but more times than not I ended up with big problems.
