THANKS for a GREAT 2010. We have rennovated the front of Bliss and hope you will like the look and style. Feedback has been superb so far. Additionally, thanks for being voted in the top 10 of Citysearch "BEST SALON" and "BEST COLOR" for 2009. Ronda has and will continue to attend the very best training with Nick Arrojo (formally of TLC's What Not to Wear) in NYC!

Great!

William is great and truly knows how to cut and highlight curly hair. I will only let William do my hair now. I tried another stylist closer to my house last weekend who claimed to be a curly hair expert, but now my color looks drab and she cut my hair while wet and razored it down the sides to give it "layers"...not cool. I wish I had walked out and drove straight to Mr. Champagne. I will be calling him for a fix. I am just so disspointed that I dropped $140 for another stylist in Cary that I am VERY disspointed with. Tear.

Most compliments in my life

I always enjoy my time with William and know I will walk out looking great. He strives for excellence EVERY time and pays attention to the details, such as making sure I'm not color stained (I stain VERY easily). My eyebrows also look great after he finished, not like "Oscar" on Sesame Street.

Best of all, people stop me and compliment my hair, both cut and color. William does great red hair and my curls are finally an asset, rather than something to tame. My hair looks good on more days than not with minimal effort, a first in my life. No more mushroom head for me. Humid days are welcome. Thanks a bunch, William!

I have to say that I thought William was the best thing that happened to Raleigh until he became popular. As time passed, his prices became outrageous ($90+ for a touch up color) (come on; we're in Raleigh!) and the quality of my hair color went down. By the time I left - a year later, I had 3 different shades of brown. If you do see him for a color, expect that it will take at least 2 hours for a TOUCH UP. Also, he will work in the cost of his time into this price. I will say that he knows how to cut curly hair but no better than other stylists in the area. (So I gave him 2 stars.) Styling is ok but very few people can style curly hair, so I don't hold that against him.

• Cons: VERY expensive, Hair color is lacking, takes too long

Wow, what a great experience

After struggling thru several bad haircut experiences... I am referred to an artist! I am going to keep this short and to the point. Ronda is amazing, she took the time to find out what I wanted and why, then she explained how it would look with my hair. She was the first to ever consider my lifestyle when cutting my hair. As a working mother, time is precious, I needed something easy to work with at home. I am also trying to grow out an old cut. It has been a couple months and I go back this week, I am so looking forward to another great experience. I can't believe how well the style held up and how lucky we are to have such talent here in Raleigh. I am soo thankful I found Ronda! She fixed things that I didn't know had a solution! Way to be at the top of your game!
