Service with a smile!. I went to Fujisan the other evening for a Holiday celebration. The food was great and the customer service was amazing! If you want some good steak and chicken, don't waste your time going to Brasa!

Friendly, Fast and Fabulous. Japanese Steak Houses are all so similar, what sets them apart is customer service and food quality. This place has both at a reasonable price. If you go to this restaurant more than three times, they will all remember your name. I have never had to wait to be seated although I do make reservations if there are 4 or more people in my party on Saturday nights. The portions are fair and more than enough. The seafood is very good - I would always choose the flaming shrimp over the regular shrimp - it's worth the upgrade. Their scallops are always fresh. The quality of the "show" depends on the chef. Some are real showmen and go out of their way to entertain. Others do the minimum. If you are there for the show, when you make reservations, let them know that and they will pair you accordingly. The only food I do not eat here is the sushi. While it's not terrible, I'm a huge sushi fan and I have to say it's not up to my standards. Everything else is delicious. It's a fun place to bring your kids - they always give a little bowl of goldfish crackers to the toddlers and give out balloons - these are nice extra touches not all restaurants bother with. If you want a nice, friendly place to relax and enjoy - Fujisan is the place!

The BEST Hibachi!!!. My friends and I were just looking for a good place to eat and stumbled upon this place in Brier Creek. I immediately liked it when we walked in, looks like a party!! We sat down and the waitress was right there to take our drink order, which was timed perfectly b/c when she came back we were ready to order. Basically, everything was perfect timing and the food was the freshest. I'll go out on a limb and say this was way better than Kanki but belive me, it really is. Also, I don't remember Kanki having Hibachi Salmon and let me tell you..it's sooo good!! Eat here if you get the chance.

Bad food. Food is not good at all, lazy service. I will not go over there in my life again. I think they copied from Kanki Japanese House of Steaks Restaurant.. But it's not as good as Kanki, and the price is too expansive.

Great tasting good quality food. We eat here regularly and have always been happy with the food. I especially like the way the chef will make my veggies without mushrooms when I request it. Most of the chefs remember us now and always give me extra rice because they know I like it.

The Tempura Vegetables and Chicken are outstanding and I always have a tough time deciding between that and the hibachi filet. The soup is great, but the salad is generic and the salad dressing isn't great. The veggies, rice, shrimp, noodles and meats are excellent, never over salted or over cooked.

I find the price to be a bit steep, it usually costs us about $45.00 for two without appetizers or dessert. The service is good, but you will wait for a while if you are the first to arrive at your table. They generally do not start cooking until the table is mostly full. Be preapred to spend 60+ minutes for dinner.
