Highly recommended. The Office Manager is pleasant and inviting. Not just to me but to everyone that came into the office. You were acknowledged even when they were servicing other customers. Any issues with my vehicles have always been thoroughly explained and reasonably priced. If they were unable to do the work I was told forthcomingly. I believe the staff take pride in their job therefore shows in the quality of their workmanship. If you are in the area and your vehicle need repair, this is the shop for you.

Recommended I have not visited lots of car repair shops, because I have always taken my car to the dealer. But, this meineke shop in Fuquay Varina was recommended by a girl friend of mine. She told me that she has been taking three of her vehicles there for the last two years and she has never had a problem. She said that this shop has a new manager and things are not the way they used to be. They did a lot of work on my car last week. Ever one that I came in contact with from the mechanics to the manager was helpful, courteous, and very informative. To say the least I was pleasantly surprised, they didn't try to charge me a "arm and a leg" to work on my car, but they were priced about the same as most ever where else. I recommend this meineke to any person that wants their vehicle work on and don't want the run around.

Great experiences since it opened. I have all 5 cars in my family serviced here. I've always been quite pleased with the quality of work, timeliness, and customer service. I've been told more than a few times that a repair was not needed or ways to lower the cost of the repair. Before repairs are started I am shown what is wrong and what needs to be done.

I would not take my car anywhere else!

I love the customer service that I receive when I come to this Meineke location. The sales managers are very helpful and the technicians show me exactly what is going on with my car before each repair. This is reassuring as I have been to other facilities that try to sell me unnecessary repairs. I refer all of my friends and family to Meineke in Fuquay Varina whether it is for a routine oil change, maintenance, or a more extensive repair.

Went in for an alignment purchased through groupon now. They told me they could not do an alignment until I replaced the tie rod. Ok. They quoted me a total of $120 for the outer and inner tie rod parts and about $127 for an estimated 1.3 hours of labor. Went to autozone and got the parts for less than $50. Asked my mechanic friend how long he thought it would take to replace the tie rods on one side and he told me about 20 minutes (an hour less than what Meineke quoted). I don't know if they were trying to get more money out of me or if their prices are just really high, but what they quoted me was very unreasonable. The mechanics were very polite and the man working the front desk was polite until I told them that they wouldnt be getting my business. When I asked him about the money I had spent on the groupon he responded "That's not my problem". Would not recommend this place to anyone based on my experience.

Not Honest. I brought my car in for a standard inspection. According to their person my car needed $594.00 worth of work before it would pass. I took it to another mechanic for a second opinion and they could not find the problem. We changed a light bulb in the license plate area and took it back. Amazingly it passed with no problem. When I told them the problem reported with the wheel had not been touched they had no explanation as to why it was ok now. Sounds like they we trying to scam me for $587.00 to fix something that was never broken,

Another great service visit. Starting new job that requires me to travel to my clients. Brought in my car and had them go over it and recommend what needed attention. I like how the manager reviewed the items with me that needed service and specifically pointed out the items on the car.

Crooks. My car was making noise when the steering wheel was turned. Took it to Meineke for an estimate. They wanted to charge a little over $1000.00. Said I had 3 leaks and bad rack and pinion and "fluid was running out". I left with the estimate and went somewhere else. There were no leaks and it needed a little power steering fluid. Nothing else wrong with the car. I will never go back. I should have been suspicious when they were so slow the cashier had time to joke and play around with the mechanics. They are crooks!

Great service, very nice. Great service and they even gave me a ride home and picked me back up. It is hard to find service like that these days.

What works going in, should work coming out. I drive an Infiniti G35 Sports Coupe and usually go to the dealer for service, but decided to save a few bucks. I went in for an oil change and my satellite radio was working fine. Driving away, I noticed that the entire audio system was powered off, so turned it back on and it wouldn't even recognize that I have a satellite receiver. Went back to them and they basically told me to go to the dealer and if it could be proven that they messed it up, then they'd replace it. Luckily, I knew enough to try and reset it by opening the trunk and getting to the tuner and unplugging it to reset it. Why in the world would an oil change require them to do something that would cause my satellite tuner to get screwed with? I suspect that someone was messing with something that they had no business messing with or did something by mistake and tried to get over. I won't go back.
