I had an excellent experience with Prospect Mortgage. Tom Deadmore was extremely helpful through the entire loan process. The communication was excellent and Tom went out of his way to make sure the process was easy and well-organized. We were nervous about our short closing time but Tom and the rest of the team made it happen easily. Tom was always responsive to our many questions. There were no areas that needed improvement.

Frequent communication with the buyer, client and all sides of the transaction. And he got the buyer's loan closed in less than three weeks due to buyer's urgent circumstances.

I like the weekly updates which go to myself and the buyer to keep them in the loop during the process. In addition to the weekly updates he sent out, Tom would also pick up the phone and call me if there were any specific issues that I needed to be aware of and vice-versa. Very accessible. Have worked with him in the past and will do so again.

Great Team. We could not have asked for a more professional team than Prospect Mortgage. We have worked with Michael for almost a year. When we finally found our dream home in July, we were ready thanks to Michael and his team. Tom led us through the loan process and was professional, informative and available whenever I needed him. He kept us updated on the "to do list" all the way up to closing so there were no surprises.

Awesome Experience. Michael and Tonya and team are working on a refinance for my wife and I right now, and I can't say enough good things about the process. The application process was a breeze, they have done everything they said they would do, and there have been no surprises. They even send a weekly email update to keep everybody in the loop. I had a friend who just told me she was going through the refi process and how much a pain it was. I told her she should've worked with Michael at Prospect Mortgage! Maybe next time she will.
