Best Customer Service

This experience wonderful. The office is a small office but the friendly personalities are unbelievable. I went in to put in an application and I was greeted as if they had known me for years. At the time I as a PCA and the more I talked with the lady I was able to go through school to get my CNA. This agency helped me at a time when I was down. They called and checked on my progress and even found a case for me to do around my school schedule..I would recommend this agency to everyone.

Bad experience with management and deception/power

Bad experience with this company's management to care for needy person in our family. Always verify what you are being told. Get it in ink. Make sure you ask specific questions about everything. Deception is a cause for concern esp. when you are depending on the coverage/work. One person in the office holds too much power. Beware that this person will tell you what you want to hear. They will make promises but not intend to follow through or do it a different way without your being asked or told. The facts will then be turned against you to your ins. co. You will be threatened or attempted to be terminated if you uncover and challenge any of these issues/lies. I would recommend another agency as well. Sad though, some really nice aides trying to make a living working for this agency.

No, never. There are better agencies out there.

It was a horrible experience. The money was very low and if you were not African you were treated like second class. I don't like an agency with favorites but unfortunately you have them out there. They are very biased in their thinking and will quickly find reasons not to like you or terminate you. I would not recommend this agency for a dog. There are too many good ones out there.
