Horrible Service. I would never send anyone to this alterations place. I took my wedding dress to her to be altered. It was suppossed to be a simple hem and a side seam on the bodice for a simple A-line gown. It turned into a nightmare. First she messed up my pick-up date and did not have my dress ready at the scheduled time despite my hour drive to reach her. Then when I picked it up and expressed concerns that it was no longer A-line she told me just to take it and get it pressed and it would be fine. When I did so and returned unsatisfied she then took my dress and removed all of the work she had previously done while claiming that she had "fixed it". I have now taken my dress to a better alterations place who have looked at the dress and clearly informed me that her work was just lazy and my dress now has several irreversable problems that they will try and work on. Lam has refused to give me a refund so now I am having to pay twice for the work that should have been done properly in the first place. Anywhere has to be better than here if you are even considering having a wedding dress altered although I do not think I would trust her with any other work either.
