Tips for Eagle 1 Law Enforcement Supply

Don't consign any guns, mags, or ammo. It takes them up to two months to pay you after the sale. I suppose they like to use other people's money and to hell with customer service. I'll go else where next time.

Don't bother with this place. HORRIBLE service on more than one occasion. This time, there were 4 four of us waiting at the counter while the employee in front of us kept jawing with his pal who had finished shooting. His social conversation went on for several minutes before any of us were even acknowledged. Unbelievable! Then we continued to wait several more minutes while he kept answering the phone and answering questions from those callers. I wanted to leave, but stayed shoot since so much time was already invested. The shooting lanes were cramped and I paid way too much for this crappy experience. Buying a gun? Go to Perry's in Wendell. The service is awesome. Want to shoot? Any other range will be better.

I really like this place. I felt the staff were friendly and patient. Going there again with my nephew.

Not a bad place. Could be better. Some of the staff could have a better attitude (you know who you are). Their shooting range is also kinda pricey compared to other places, but otherwise is pretty ok overall.

Best gun shop/ range around... I think the majority of the crew down at eagle One is fantastic. they treat new shooters and experienced shooters with respect. Don't think the negative reviews have much credibility.

Terrible buying experience. I went in to buy a shotgun and Brandon was especially rude to me. I won't be going back there even though I hold a range card.

Excellent Service. Went in to have a problem with my S&W 40 looked out.

Ryan and Brandon were very nice and helpful. Brandon has the problem straightened out in 20 minutes and took the time to explain what went wrong. Great Service !!

1st class operation! No, I'm not a cop, or rambo LOL. I went to chack the place out. Ive been to nearly every gun shop and range in the central NC area over the years. had some good experiences, and some places i'll never go back. theres one in Apex that i dont see how they stay open with the attitude the guy has.

The big one in raleigh that used to have a gun range and was supposedly the best one around, manager said he'd never seen a gun like mine before.... It was a mossberg 500 pump with the bulpup kit..... a mossberg 500!!!??? OK.... I saw some pretty unsafe practices there too. Some of the employees had some issues.

they had to shut down their range.

I expected the same at eagle one.

I was pleasantly suprised! I looked at everything in the store, asked a million questions, got prices on everything from body armor to batteries. They knew I wasn't an officer with any department.

Yet they still answered every question, showed me anything I wanted to see, displayed proffesionalism and patience. Displayed very well trained safety procedure. They knew the NC laws well.

They have a good variety of quality products, and were willing to order things they didnt stock. Like the droolworthy 50 gazzilion lumen shurefire flashlights, and other cool toy...... er tools.

Good ammo selection, and they had plenty of H&K Sig, and Kahr products.

Can you say "kid.... candy store...?"

I just reffered a coworker lady there today. I would happily spend my money and time there, and would reccomend them in a heartbeat.

Not For Casual Shooter.. Staff seems solicitious to self styled "Rambo" types, but unhelpful and indifferent to "average Joe" shooters. I guess it's obvious (to but it another way) I did not care for their attitude; honestly they dont provide welcoming customer service unless you are LE or wanna-be SWAT.

First rate facilaties and staff. I don't understand some of these reviews, I have been in the shooting community for years and have been in countless gun/range stores and this by far is one of the best if not the best I have ever had the pleasure to spend my time and hard earned money in. Many stores have employees that have little to no experience shooting guns. Eagle 1 is the exception to this rule, the fact that many of the employees have former military/law enforcement experiance is a major plus. The avererage person that wants to buy a gun, usually has no real ideal what they want or better yet what they need. In my experiance the staff at eagle 1's knowledge of many guns is a great benefit to their patrons. They listen to what you want and couple that with their vast knowledge and experiance to help you by the best gun for you, not just the most exspensive gun they have in the store. Then they take the time show you how to safely and properly use your firearm. Most others just sell you a gun you don;t need and sweep you out the door as fast as they can, so they can move on to next sell.

Sorry to be so long winded, but this is a subject I feel very strongly about. Anyone that says that They can't find what they need at this store, and is not happy when they leave, is probly not happy with any purches they make. If you truly don't want to waste your money, go to eagle 1 you wont be sorry.
