Nice looking place but.... You know when you stop going someplace for a reason and then you go because you forgot why you stopped going? Well Majestic reminded me why I stopped going to them; they charge too much for the mediocre service they provide and the young lady that did my pedi there couldn't be compared to when it came to quality. Once she left I have had nothing but sucky service from Majestic. I have been there a couple of times since but I was never full satisfied. Being from Jersey I was very much used to my nails being beautifully done, even at the cheap salons. Therefore I will notice flaws like bumps, wideness of the nails and the fact that the nails flip up or are straight instead of being naturally curved. Anyway so the last straw was when I went to Majestic for the very last time that I will go in my life, Dec 23, 2008. First when I went in I kept asking Douglas the owner about the different nail services and I kept being told very loudly "YOU CAN GET WHATEVER YOU WANT!", well I didn't know what I wanted so that it why I was asking, so I learned that there is no consultation service there. Finally I chose the "Solar Nail" treatment, since I have had that done before, they stuck me with a guy whose barely speaks a lick of English and every time I had a concern he'd call over Douglas who said what he needed to shut me up and then leave, well I kept voicing my concerns over how he was doing my nails and I guess I ticked them off and they proceeded to talk about me in my face in their language and moved me to another table (timeout maybe?). After a few minutes a lady sits in front of me and again I express my concern about my ugly nail and she tells me "i don't care" and then starts changing the subject. So Douglas came over and must have asked her "Is she complaining again?" because she shook her head yes, said some gibberish and looked at me. FYI Majestic, I don't tip rude people!! BUYER BEWARE!! THEY ARE OVERPRICED, POOR QUALITY AND RUDE!! BTW, my nails look HORRIBLE!!
