Raleigh >Serenity Nail Spa
Just moved into the Briercreek from Texas and since I usually get my nails done, I decided to try somewhere close by. This is my first time going in and I absolutely love it!! It's very clean, has good quality, the music is very relaxing and all the workers are so polite!!!
BEST OF THE BEST!!!!. I have been going to Lisa for about 5 years and love her! The service and atmosphere are great!!! You can’t beat it.... I will be a lifetime customer at Serenity Nail Spa!
OMG don't believe these positive reviews HORRIBLE. This was the most horrific experience I have ever had in any nail salon. I went for a mani and peed and a number of things went wrong. I tried to overlook the weird setup and old look of the place. 1) they did not clean under my toe nails 2) the nail tech was so rough on my cuticles (hand and feet) that when I used my hand sanitizer at dinner that night my hands were burning badly from the nips. 3) they tried to dip my foot in a bin of paraffin wax which is BEYOND unsanitary, it's dangerous LORD ONLY KNOWS how many others have dipped their foot in this wax and what-if they had fungus or anything on their toes...and since they don't clean your feet very well their was dirt floating in the wax. 4) when I sat down for my manicure there was no water to soak my nails in to soften/ clean them 5) when he took my polish off he ran the same cotton ball under my nail basically pushing the dirt further up into my nail rather than using the proper tool to remove the dirt from my nails 6) this is by far the worse with the exception of #3 he wiped his running nose with his hand and then continued to do my "manicure" and I swear I felt his wet snot on my hand *shivvers* 7) when it came time for him to massage my hand he tried to do it with cuticle softener 8) wait i almost forgot that he tried to use a drill to remove glitter from my NATURAL NAIL. *A mani-pedi is supposed to be a positive, relaxing experience but I didn't feel relieved or relaxed until it was over and I could race to the sink to use the antibacterial soap*
You Deserve to be Pampered!!!. I recently received a deluxe manicure and pedicure with extra 10 minutes foot massage at Serenity Nail Spa. The salon is cozy, relaxing and comfortable. I was so happy to find Lani, a manicurist who understood what I had to say. She explained the importance of not cutting my cuticles. I've literally been butchered by other manicurists before they rushed me out the door, barely allowing time for the polish to dry. The polish is impeccable, and my nails are so pretty and healthy looking. To top off my manicure, while the polish dried, Lani, gave me a 10 minutes foot massage. It felt wonderful! You can tell from the moment Lani starts the pedicure, that she really knows her stuff. If you are exhausted after working a long hard day, you deserve the special treatment you will get from Lani.
Best place to go!!! -- have been going for many years. I love this place -- as well as an excellent manicure and pedicure ( and waxing), it is the little things that count in a place where one goes to be pampered-- they remember everyone's name, offer you something to drink ( even a glass of wine!) when you arrive and everyone is so pleasant. I am very concerned about a couple of the bad reviews- perhaps they were done by disgruntled employees??. The owner, Lisa, has very high standards and only employs staff with great experience --- some of her staff have had to be let go because they did not meet the standards consistently and this could be a reason for the poor reviews? I have been going for years and will not go anywhere else-- I really shouldn't share the name of my fabulous nail tech( Jenny) but she really is superb and always remember exactly all the little quirks I have about my nails. Do go there - you will not be disappointed!
Unless you want a bacterial infection, stay away..... First and foremost, a lady who obviously was unexperienced did my nails initially. She did a gel set which turned out too thick, uneven, and did the american french which was lopsided and started separating as it was drying. She tried to blame me for it at first but after arguing with me agreed to redo my nails the next day. I went back, she corrected the unevenness and filed the gel down and did a french manicure. Later, I noticed a green dot on my nails through the gel which turned out to be a good ole' trusty bacterial infection. I will be filing a report as soon as I find out the information of the nail person who did my nails.
Fabulous Pedicure!. I went in for my second pedicure in my lifetime and it was great! I even told the nail tech that this pedicure was different from my first one I had because it didn't hurt! She was very gentle. I had the Deluxe pedicure and it was fabulous. Well worth the price for the service that I was given. My nails look great and the foot massage felt like heaven. If you go to Serenity Nail Spa for a pedicure make sure to do the Deluxe or the Serenity spa pedicure. Its longer than their regular pedicure if you want your feet to be pampered a little bit more. You'll absolutely love the setting of the spa. Very clean and the pedicure takes place in a separate area. Excellent atmosphere for me to just relax. I was told the weekends are busy, so I went on a weekday. I will definitely go back.
Excellent !!!. I just visited Serenity Nail Spa for the first time today. It was a wonderful experience with a very professional staff. You will not be disappointed. I am looking forward to my next visit. I'm definitely going to tell all my friends!
Serenity Nail Spa is one of the cleanest places I have stepped into it in Raleigh. The staff is super talented and very nice. I have never been anywhere else since I have come to Serenity Nail Spa. My manicure and pedicure looks amazing and last a very long time. The facials are great and I feel the difference almost immediately walking out of the room : ) I highly recommend this special place to anyone who is looking for great treatments for really reasonable prices.
Thanks to all the staff for a wonderful job you do and make me feel beautiful!!!
Teriible Service. My niece and I went to serenity Nail Spa at Brier Creek get nails done because it was convenient location. I got my first set of gel nails done a month ago, the girl name (KATHY) do my nails before was very good job. when I came back the front desk lady said KATHY gone on vacation, the lady at the front desk tell me to try other girl do my nails then she put me seat down on the chair. The new girl do my gel nails fill-in were uneven. She put the layered gel too much on the sides, my nails look awful and charged over price on my nails gel fill-in $40. My pedicure was about 15 minutes and was $32. They charge $42 for my niece pedicure and manicure to spent about total of 20 minutes performing her services. Maybe we had a bad experience (on a busy friday afternoon) we never go back there again. Be careful!!!!!!!!!
