Worst HOA Ever. If you are thinking about using this company, DON'T! They took over the management of our community and they are not a reputable group of folks. My home recently flooded and I called in the loss to them. Their contact told me to bring in a water remediation company immediately to clean up the damage and that they would cover it. Guess what? I get the $910 bill and all of the sudden they aren't responsible for it. They didn't return phone calls and even the rep at their insurance company couldn't understand why they would do that...

Great Heer and good people.. They took over our HOA which was broke and now we have money to fix or roofs and homes. Plus they are less expensive than all the others.

Toxic HOA. We are paying as much as $317.00 a month. not only are they robbing us, the city of Raleigh sets back and does nothing, This is a crime and Raleigh N.C. is a reflection of what a city, state, and country looks like when it turns its back on the citizens of this country

Not worth the money for them. I agree with the first reviewer. They just take our money and do very little. Reminds me of politicians. Tell you what you want to hear and talk in circles and never solve anything. In a nut shell, they are bad!

Doing a great job.. This company is great. The prior review stating that they are rude at meetings...I would have to argue that they are not rude, but EFFICIENT. Too often, folks go off on tangents at HOA meetings. Mr. Ellis did a great job of keeping things moving and relevant. Also , I don't get pompous at all, but rather someone who knows what they do are doing, and knows how to do it well. This company recently took over our subdivision, and are doing a great job. 10x better than our prior company. As a comittee member, I work with them on various projects and they are AWESOME.

I don't recommend. Kohn Ell Management was hired by the developer to manage our subdivision. This company was the biggest waste of time and our associations money. Not only were we STUCK with this company by the developer...Kohn Ell took us to the cleaners. Outragous fees for everything under the sun! The quality of service was inexcusable. You would actually think that a business owner would conduct himself with professionalism and respect....nope, not in the case of Mike Ellis. He attends meetings with a rude, pompous and arrogant attitude. I think he has forgotten....we employ him, not the other way around.
