Had a horrible experience with this company. I went in to find some new marble for my kitchen and bathroom. They are not honest with their pricing. They quote it differently for the contractors then for individuals. Also, the staff wasn't knowledgeable and couldn't answer any of my questions.

BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE IN TOWN! I've gone to all the granite shops in town and crs has by far the best selection I've seen and based on the quotes I've gotten from my fabricator the best prices too. I can't wait until I get to do another home renovation because crs makes the process very fun and easy!

I went to CRS to pick out granite for a kitchen my family is remodeling and had a great experience! The employees are very helpful and it is very easy to find your way through the warehouse.

DISLOYAL AND HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICES. Good Afternoon Triangle Area. We' ve had the worst experience and customer service with this company (CRS MARBEL & GRANITE 8004 Winchester Drive, Raleigh, NC 27612). Fabricators DO NOT send your customers to CRS they are giving your customers to other fabricators; This has happened to us just recently with our customer (Mrs. Minnie, her last will remain confidental.) This situation just happened today. We sent them OUR customer and CRS without a care in the world gave our hard work to someone else. (CRS stated that the other fabricator that he gave my client to, was his "friend" very poor job Sonni) Very unprofessional on their behalf. We are making this complaint so other fabricators will keep an eye open. Thank you CRS MARBLE & GRANITE for your INAPPRORIATE behavior and very UNPROFESSIONAL job!

Awesome business!!. They have sooo many different colors to choose from! Seeing all of the granite for the first time is very overwhelming, but they talk you through the different types of colors and what is different about them and it makes it so much easier to choose!! The layout is awesome, and it is also inside instead of outside which is a huge plus! The staff is very friendly and eager to help. I highly recommend this place.

Great Granite Selection. Got the granite for our first home from them.Love it.

They had a great Selection so many beautiful colors to choose from,very frirendly and helpful staff.they moved 8 to 10 slabs for us to select from.did not complain.answered all our questions.The best part was you do not need a appointment and we could stay for as long as we wanted to choose.they did not rush us.

I would definetly recomend them. I will go there again for my beach house.

Shady business. My first experience with CRS was when i was waiting for my designer in the lobby and i overheard a conversation between, who i believe to be the owner's wife, and a warehouse worker. She told the worker "I don't care if the customer selected those slabs. They'll never know the difference. Just switch the tags". About 5 minutes later, my designer arrived and we went to the warehouse, only to actually see the warehouse worker removing tags with the customer's name on them. My designer confronted the worker who denied everything. If you choose stone at CRS, don't waste your time because the slabs you "tag" most likely won't be the one's that are sent. At this point, I found it to be useless to choose stone for my own kitchen, so my designer and I left. CRS lost a sale, a customer, and a client since neither I or my designer will ever return there again. Disloyalty and Dishonesty describe CRS the best.
