Very Nice Lady Works Here. My son (10 yrs) wanted a book, but he wasn't sure which book to buy. An excellent lady clerk spent a lot of time answering his questions. We bought 3 books.

Nice!. Glad to see a store like this here. Just moved to the area and was super excited about finding a used-book store. They might not have everything, but what they do have is VERY affordable. Most of the books i saw were about $4. The store is very well organized and clean and put together well. I went to the Falls River store and had to leave because it was so chaotic in there. I haven't tried to sell them books but plan on doing so next time I go in. Excellent store, excellent prices, easily shopable. There's even coffee next door.

More Mr. Mike's is good. This store is pretty much the same as the one in Cary, but in a North Raleigh area I don't visit much. There is one big improvement. There's a Starbuck's two doors down! I usually bring in a cup of coffee. Since no one stops me I guess it's okay.

Pros: Good selection, Helpful clerks

Cons: Shopping center is off the main road (Capital Blvd.). I didn't know it was here until I went to the movie theater.

Nice selection, clean organized store. I go to Mr. MIke's when I'm looking for books for my book club and I always check there first before buying new. I can usually get what I'm looking for at about $3-$4. My daughter also loves their teen section. I haven't brought books in yet to sell, so I don't know how that works.

Best of all, their store is really well organized compared to other used bookstores I've been to. There's one woman that works there who is really helpful and gives me great recommendations.

Rudest Ever!!!. I have been to this bookstore 3 xs and the clerk was rude every time!!

Unbeleiveable!! not returning.

The only reason I am even giving 1 star is for the organization

Not so great .... We visited this bookstore for the first time to sell some of our books and donate the ones they couldn't use. The clerk didn't greet us at all when we entered or as we handed our books over.

While we browsed their less than impressive selection, we could hear the clerks making fun of the books we were trying to sell. Their remarks were condescending, rude, and they didn't care if we heard them or not. None of the other employees acknowledged our presence. It was as if we were invisible.

As we waited for them to notify us that they were finished, they just kept joking around about our books. Fed up with the situation, we asked if they were done. The clerk mumbled something, we collected our cash & unwanted books and got out of there as fast as we could.

We will definitely not be returning!
