poor customer service.
Arrived for a pedicure and was told by the man at the front desk to go to the back where the pedicure chairs were located, however no one was available. This is the second time I've been and this person doesn't seem to care about communicating well with customers and is appeared annoyed with questions.
Inexpensive service, however very poor attitude.

Lee Spa Nail.
I was rudely asked to sit down and wait. The young lady took no more than fifteen minutes to do my manicure. She was quick and abrut. When I call to complain the gentleman that answered hung up on me.
Never will I go back! I rather drive longer and get a better service then to return at that location to receive such a lousy service.

Worst Nail Spa In Town. On thursday 12-13-07 I stop by Lee Spa Nails for a pedicure & manicure after work it took them 3 and 1/2 hrs to finish. They're horrible, 3 personel work on me, one did a little bit of this then stop, another one pick it up then stop and went on doing other stuff, while speaking their native language loudly and unpolitely. But that's not all while doing my pedicure they cut me with a used scraping knife, i was bleeding real bad that i had to went straight to urgent care. Also while i was waiting i have notice that most of them don't have their manicurist license but are working on customers as if they're license profesional. i just could believe what i saw. But one thing is for sure that i would never going back there again nor recomanding it to any one. I'll also post later on if i get any kind of infections regarding this matter for everyone to know and be alert.

Professional and courteous - Beautiful results!. I have been going to the Lake Boone and Cameron Village locations of Lee Spa Nails for about 5 years now. They are unfailingly polite, provide little extra touches (eg, shoulder massages), and the results are always beautiful and long-lasting. All the practitioners there are fantastic, but Christina is my personal favorite! (Check your Val-Pak coupon packages for extra savings).
