If you have an hour and a half to kill.... I've been to this Taco Bell/KFC several times. I've never spent less than 23 minutes in the drive thru. Today I ordered ONE burrito, not a special order either. I spent a good 25 minutes, got re-asked twice, and there was only one other customer ahead of me.

I wouldn't bother complaining if it was just one time, but in the 12-15 visits, I can only recall one that was within a reasonable amount of time, and that was one of the occasions I dined in.
