New Management - Great Service. This salon is under new management and it is looking great!

As a client of the previous management, I am pleased to see the changes Tracy has made under her new management. The shop is clean, clean, clean. She has increased the brightness of the shop with new drapes on the front windows and fresh paint on the walls.

It is looking great with the same GREAT service! I highly recommend Tracy at Red Nails.

New Ownership - Great Service. This salon is under new management. I have been a client of Tracy, the new owner for several years now. I followed her to this new location, which is less convenient for me simply but I can't imagine having anyone else do my nails.

She has created a warm and welcoming "new home". The store is light and bright, clean and very efficiently set up. While there, about 5 others were getting their mani's or pedi's and as each one left Iit was obvious that they were very happy with their experience. There are enough nail stylists and stations/chairs so you could easily plan a "spa day" with your friends and be close enough to visit with them while you're there.

I would recommend Red Nails to anyone who asks.

The Best Pedicure in Raleigh. Tracy, and only Tracy, has done my pedicures for 10 years. Her massages are a once a month treat for me. I meditate while she massages my feet and I am in another world. I met Tracy at Anna's in Prestonwood and I am thrilled that she now owns her own business. I recommend her for manicures and pedicures and her new shop is beatiful and very clean.

Under New Management! Tracy is the BEST. I have been getting my nails done by Tracy for over five years. She DOES have her own license and she always does a wonderful job (obviously, or I would not keep going back!). She just bought this new place and if you have been there before, you will be completely surprised. To those who say it is filthy, the walls have been repainted and everything has been cleaned up. Tracy always keeps everything clean. Don't pay attention to those reviews from before 2/14/2012 because everything is completely different AND BETTER now. It's sad that people will miss out on getting a great nail job done because they only look at old reviews.

dirty, tried to cheat me, poor job. I was the first customer of the day and it was obvious the place had not been cleaned. They tried to do acrylic nails (cheaper) on me instead of the gel that I was paying for and got irritated when I objected. Then they did a very poor job - my nails were thick and there were air bubbles in them. I asked for the 2 worst looking ones to be done over again and they started speaking angrily in another language. The worst service I have ever received.
