I would not recommend Lumber Liquidators in Raleigh to anyone. Despite being told when we bought our flooring that if we came up short due to damaged boards we should come back and they would take care of us, they did not. The manager refused to work with us unless we could bring in each and every damaged board. We had not been told this and had used many of those boards in cuts and threw others away. This was not specified when we originally spoke to the sales person and should have been.

Lumber Liquidators in Raleigh. Highly Recommended. Very proffesional and knowledgeable sale staff. I ordered Brazilian Koa from Tyler. He had it in and delv. on time. I will be buying floors from them again

Terrible Customer Service. 10 weeks after being promised my flooring it has finally arrived. Tyler, the manager of the Raleigh store, does not have a clue as to what it takes to run a store. After your first visit you will be un-impressed with the staff and knowledge here. They never pick up the phone when you call and forget about leaving a message, no one will ever return it. Your best bet is to constantly go to the store location and ask about your purchase.

It is worth the extra money to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. DO NOT GO HERE!
