The customer is always wrong according
to this restaurant. We ordered delivery for 3 people in our office. One was cold, one was not cooked, and one was the wrong order. One phone call and the manger yelled at my co-worker. I then called on my break and was told a new order will be sent. No one came with corrected food. Then my next break I called again and the owner told me he will not send correct food or refund. Three people had there lunch and work day ruined. Thanks a lot Jumbo China where the customer is always wrong!!!

Great Chinese Take Out!.
I stopped by for take-out for dinner the other night and Wow! I was impressed! The chicken with broccoli was excellent. I was happy I ordered a large because I enjoyed leftovers for lunch the next day. The chicken was cooked very tender and the broccoli was so fresh and cooked tender-crisp.....just the way I like it.
The place is pretty sparse....a few tables for sit-down if you must (good for lunch on the run) and a drink cooler with a few drink selections but the excellent food and the great service more than make up for that .....just take it home and enjoy! I know I will become a regular customer.

Above average in all regards!.
Like most take-out Chinese restaurants, the seating here is lacking, and there is no ambience. So why 5 stars?
First of all... the food. The food is wonderful, spiced just right, cut into reasonable pieces, with generous portions and very fresh vegetables. Even their fried rice is outstanding. I could eat it by itself all day long. The dumplings, steamed or fried, are perfect, and they give you 8 instead of 6 like most other places. They don't hold back on expensive ingredients either, like shrimp or cashews. Their food is awesome!
Second... manners. You know that thing parents used to teach their children? Jumbo China has plenty of well-mannered, courteous, clean, respectable staff. I had almost forgotten how to say You're Welcome, because no one says thank you anymore, but these guys go that extra step to make you feel like they appreciate your business, even when they are obviously rushed.
Lastly... delivery. On time, all the time. Sometimes one of the asian guys does the delivery, and other times it's delivered by some high school kids they have working for them. They are all courteous, respectful, prompt, and in all my time of ordering, they've only once ever messed up, and that was a missing egg roll, which they gave to me at a later visit, while profusely apologizing. I kinda felt bad.
Times are tough. We all want more for our money. This Jumbo China on the corner of Spring Forest and Falls of the Neuse provides more value for my buck than any other Chinese restaurant. I mentioned the location, because they do have two other locations, one a buffet, and the food at the others doesn't strike me as being as good. If you're like me, wearing a T-shirt that reads, 'I survived Wang's Kitchen.', you'll really appreciate this step up.
