I have been going to Ten Ten nails for many months now. Recently the service and the attitude of the manicurist has gone down tremendously. My nails are in horrible condition. They use the very coarse nail files on my natural nails that are designed for acrylic. This one woman (who has no name identification) cannot speak English very well and argued with me yesterday. I asked for polish and she said no polish. To come back. Her little boy was in the salon, during business hours playing loud video games on his MP3 player and running around. An older woman was right at the front door leaning against the wall smoking when I walked in and again when I walked out. Isn't this illegal? I really resent the people from any other country talking in front of me, to each other, in their language,about my request, that they did not do. I will not be back and my friends and I are going to a friendly place where we can get the services we pay for, in a friendly, professional environment. There are so many to choose from!

Fantastic Salon. Love, love, love this shop...after searching for and going to several salons in the Apex area I have finally found a great salon...Tiger rocks! The pink and white French manicure I love to get is not an easy task and I have found that there are few people accomplished enough to make it look nice...Tiger is one of those few...he is so skilled and takes his time...I felt right away that I had found the salon for me...thank you so much for being professional and skilled in your field...I cannot wait to visit Ten Ten Nails again.

#1 Upscale Nail Salon with affordable Prices. After having 5 nails chipped from another nail salon in the area I decided to try some place new and ran across Ten Ten nails online reading their reviews. I am the skeptical type person when it comes to reviews so I decided to give it a try anyways to see if reviews hold up to what are posted. So I made an appointment. The moment I walked in I fell in love with the place. I do not even know where to start with what all I enjoyed about this place. First thing is the quiet, tranquil atmosphere. Modern music playing. It is so relaxing. I had the gels and the guy did a fantastic job. I have been getting my nails done for over 5 years and this is the first time I could not do anything but smile after he had finished. They are perfect!! I then I got the pedicure. Oh my goodness gracious I now know what priority treatment is like....it was so relaxing and I noticed how much care she took while doing the pedicure and when painting the nails. This is the best nail place in the Apex area. You will not regret getting your services here. And believe me you will never go anywhere else! Thank you Tiger and staff for a wonderful, enjoyable experience. Will see you again soon.

Friendliest Folks, Fantastic Pedicures. Love Ten-Ten Nails. Great services for manicures, pedicures, and waxing. Thien is wonderful. Talented and a perfectionist, her work is great - - especially if you would like special hand painted art for your nails. Thien also does tremendous eyebrow waxing with gentle care. Highly recommend - and even have my family and friends going there. Nice to go to a place that offers great service AND a friendly welcome! :-)

Love This Place!!!. I took my daughter here for her 12th birthday. Although it is nothing fancy, they treated her like a queen. Staff was absolutely great. And their prices are reasonable. There was also a dog that is a "regular" there. She is the sweetest. Will be back!

Great Salon. I just googled Ten Ten Nails to get their coupon that they have on their website and came across this site. I totally don't agree with the first post. However everyone is entitled to their own opinion so I am going to relate mine. They have always been curtious and have always done a wonderful job on my nails. I have natural nails and usually get a french. The french polish in my past experience at other salons have usually started to chip in just a few days. After I've gotten them done here they have stayed for 2 WEEKS!! No lie! Not sure what the other lady was doing after she got her nails done, but i've got 2 kids so i'm constanly cleaning and they look great. Only bad thing I can say is that when I went to remove the polish that was left (weeks later) it was quite hard to remove with my home nail polish remover. So what ever they are using really sticks to your nails! I guess thats not really a bad thing.

Wonderful Salon. Beautifully decorated salon, friendly and kind staff, relaxing atmosphere, and prices are extremely reasonable. I highly recommend this establishment.

Best Nail Salon In Apex. We recently moved to the area and could not find a decent salon anywhere. We tried two others before coming to 10 10 Nails. The salon has a very relaxed and comfortable atmosphere. They were very polite and accomodating to our needs even tho we didn't have appointments and just walked in. I was very pleased with end result and will be returning even tho the salon is a little further from our home. I hope they stick around for a long time...

10-10 Nails. I personally love going to 10-10 nails. They have been the best at doing my nails as well as waxing. I have been going to 10-10 since it opened about 4 or 5 years ago. The owner is very nice and unlike many other salons, all of the people that work there speak very good English. They have a TV in the pedicure room is very nice as well. Overall, I would highly recommend this salon.

Very Poor Quality- Avoid at ALL COSTS. I have been living in the area for a year now, previously lived in california. I haven't had much luck with any particular nail salon yet. I tried this one, as it is close to my work. I thought it looked pretty nice when I was escorted back to the pedicure station. They had a movie playing on the flat panel wide screen tv. The person that started to work on my toes, looked to be in her sixties, but I was optimistic.. but quickly realized I was right to be skeptical. Some of my toenails were rough, despite the filing. The polish wasn't even, and it certainly didn't last more than 3 days before chipping. After she was done, I was taken to a manicure station, and "Justine" started on my nails. Neither person had said more than a few words to me (to find out what I wanted done), but that just left me time to wonder if the person working on my nails was male or female, not that it mattered. He also didn't trim my nails very well, and left me with the older woman once again for the polish. I had asked for an 'american manicure', which i guess translates to harsh white on my tips, followed by a clear coat. I was left alone at the drying station, and nobody said a word to me, so I got up and left on my own. It was a horrible job, and I definitely won't be returning. Convenience does not substitute for quality!
