horrible service and food - rude person taking orders. I go to the Chapel Hill and Raleigh (Glenwood) Japan Express all the time and they are consistently good. This was far from it - bad food and the person taking the orders really didn't want to be there and was upset I had come in to interrupt him. All around a bad experience and would rather skip lunch then eat there again.

Fast, fresh and delicious. This place is terrific. It's got several hibachi style choices, teryaki and several good Japanese appetizers. They have only counter service, so it's super-fast. The ingredients - shrimp and other fish, beef, chicken, veggies - are very fresh and good quality, portions are big and the place is clean. Of course I love the show and style of a real hibachi dining experience, but this is like the Cliff Notes version of it.
