My experience with Leith VW far exceeded my expectations for a car buying experience. This was my second VW purchase from Leith I and would highly recommend them. My sales consultant Ruth Garratt was knowledgeable, kind, warm, honest and made the car buying experience one I enjoyed and will not soon forget. She set the tone for a truly positive experience. Her approach was a breath of fresh air. I left with a sense of complete ease which made the process of buying (and now driving) my new car a complete joy. Because of her attention to detail and accomodating attitude, she found a car that exactly fits what I wanted and my budget perfectly. She respected and honored all of my questions and communicated openly with me through the whole process. I would encourage anyone who wants and respects an honest, educated, and warm approach to buying a car to go see her.

My experience with Leith VW was great. I traded in my old car and purchased a used suv from them. My wife and I worked with Troy Haynes and he did what was needed to meet our monthly payment/budget needs. He was easy to talk to and never pressured us at all. Our next car will come from Leith!

My experience of buying a new vehicle at Leith Volkswagen was truly a pleasant event. They were knowledgeable and experienced and listened to my concerns and were helpful in resolving any issues I had. The sales person was capable and wanted to make me happy the Sales Manager tried to give the best deal he could. This was the first time I purchased a car in NC and I believe the experience was better than I expected from buying many cars over the years in many different states. Well done Leith Volkswagen and I will be back.

Great Sales Consultant at Leith VW. Great working with Troy Haynes in the purchase of a hard to get Jetta Sportwagen. They are in short supply in NC currently and Troy went out of his way to find one at a dealer in VA for me to purchase through Leith. Great sales guy with straight forward answers.

Great Service. I have purchased over 20 vehicles over the years, and 5 have been with Leith dealerships. Simply no comparison. At Leith you get to deal with normal people who treat you with respect-everytime. I made an appointment with Troy Haynes at Leith VW in Cary and we made a deal my way. I don't care how everyone else buys a car and Troy Haynes will help you any way possible. No one gives cars away and Leith will prove to be a top value for your time.

Great Experience. I did a lot of comparison shopping both online and at the dealers, my experience with leith VW of Raleigh was by far the best. I never felt pressured, no one was following me out the door changing prices as I left or calling me five times a day telling me that they would beat another dealers price. Charles Crowley made me feel that I was getting the best price without all the song and dance. He was just a genuine, honest informed and truly nice person, a pleasure to do business with, If you're in the market for a new VW see Charles.

Great car buying experience. Possibly the best experience I've had buying a car. It was painless, honest, fair and quick. I'll definitely buy my next vehicle from Leith. Jason is incredibly easy to work with, if you go to Leith to buy a car as for Jason Walker and you'll leave smiling :)

No-hassle buying experience. I just purchased a 2012 Jetta TDI from Jason Walker at Leith Volkwagen. Jason made the experience such a pleasure. It was easy and no pressure. The entire dealership was a pleasure to work with and their follow-up and communication have been excellent! This is my 2nd Jetta TDI and will not be my last!

Awesome Buying Experience. I had a such a great experience buying my new Jetta at Letih VW in Cary. Said and Luigi could not have been any more personable or funny. They both made the process a lot less heavy and overwhelming. Even though Said is new, he did extremely well during my time with him. This was my first VW buying experience and I feel that I was not only well taken care of then, but that I will be down the road as well. I am obsessed with my new car. Thanks so much, guys!

Great Customer Service. My sales experience at Leith VW was great, Mike Campbell really knew the new features of the VW GTI, which was important to me. I am a avid VW car owner, and love my new GTI. The paper work process has much improved since the last time i purchased a vw, I am also happy that they made me feel like a valued customer even after the purchase.
