rude owner and terrible selection

We went in to look at the wedding selection at the store (which you could barely walk in because it's stuffed with disorganized clothing). The selection was minimal for both bride and groom attire and we were told they could order in something if we brought a picture. That was fine, until the older lady in the back is telling me "you can't afford real silk, it's very expensive!" Wouldn't she want a customer to buy silk and who is she to tell people what they can and cannot afford and are willing to spend? Rude! She also started telling I should wear this and that lehnga for my wedding, when I had already told her it is not customary to wear a lehnga for a South Indian wedding, then she said, "don't buy anything here then". She was extremely rude and difficult. I just stood there shocked when the exchange from my end was cordial and nice...never going back. They just lost all my business and that of everyone I know.
