Awful customer service, rude & unprofessional management. Awful customer service ... Prices at this store seem higher than they ought to be on several items I've priced - also the attitude of the employees has been poor on almost every occasion I've been there. On one occasion I bought a monitor there and the employee displayed an awful attitude when I chose not to buy the extended warranty and told me it was a bad decision.

I can find better prices on Amazon, probably better customer service also. As a local business owner, I don't appreciate the chilly reception I always receive here.

Updated on 1/26/2012:

There's an employee here who always offers to help me when I go in. He's one of the first truly friendly employees who work at this store. I went in today, and he again offered to help me and promptly helped me find what I needed. A minute later, I hear the manager in the front of the store yelling at him publicly in front of all the customers for not doing his job correctly or finishing a job she gave him to do. First off, she could have done it somewhere else privately and not where the whole store could hear (I was near the back and could hear every word of her yelling) and secondly - he's one of the only people who works in this store that acts friendly! Sad that this is the best Fuquay has to offer for office supplies ... they need a major customer service overhaul. Keep the employee and fire the manager.

rude management. the manager Beth "Nyce" (at staples in fuquay on main street beside walmart )is anything but nice shes a rude and disrespectful human being she needs to get her head out of her ass and start respecting customer service and remember that the customer is always right. she questioned me about a return and basically told me i was lying. she got an attitude w me and she lectures her employees in front of customers. she has no respect for no one. she literally thinks her sh** does not stink. she thinks she can embarrass people and get away with. i asked the cashier why no one will turn her in and the cashiers response was that if they go to HR about anything they cut their hours. something needs to be done about this there is no need for someone to be scared to come forth and tell whats happening because their manager punishes them. when will the manager get punished.
