Another Pre-cooked Chain. Went their for the first time and staff was friendly and was attentive but as for food I have to honestly give star and a half. When we complained about the ribs being over cooked manager said all the ribs are the same because they precook most of their food and when they precooked the ribs they over cooked it. Yes place was crowded but in North Carolina most budget place will be...they had $20 for two promotion going on.

Great Customer Service. This was one of the best applebee's locations I have visited. The waitresses were extremely friendly and the food came out very quickly. I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly we got in and out on a Friday night. I had a shrimp salad with avocados that was extremely tasty with very tender lettuce and great seasoned grilled shrimp. The waitress was also very kind and patient to my three young children, making sure they had balloons and extra crayons. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone, especially families!

DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT VISIT THIS LOCATION. I have been to this location several times since I live in the neighboorhood and have never had a good meal. There was the time I got the Bruchetta buger and it was RAW in the middle. Not rare, but RAW. Then there was the time I got the Hawiaan Burger that had barely cooked bacon or the time my daughter got a grilled cheese sandwich made up of two hamburger bun tops and the cheese wan't melted. The final straw was this past weekend when I ordered the grilled shrimp skewers. I was presented with what appeared to be thawed frozen shrimp on a stick. NO grill marks NO seasoning. Just white shrimp. I complained and asked them to re-make the order. I then got (the same shrimp) with salt and pepper. Clearly it was a joke that was not even slightly funny. Also the shrimp smelled....a sign that it was not fresh. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME....go to another location.

Great Service, Good Food. Great place for salads and sandwiches! In convenient area off I-540 near the airport and Country Club at the popular Brier Creek shopping center.
