Mosaic offers big city sophisticaton in a small lounge/bar atomsphere with a decent dance floor! Best place to hear big city house music. NY, Chicago, Miami, West Coast. These are the sounds you will hear at this wonderful place. The outdoor patio offers a chill sound and hookahs, plus great table service. Stop by for a glass of wine after dinner with your date or if your in the mood to get down, come and check out the awesome local and global talent that is booked here on a regular basis.

best dance music in the area!. Coming from the NYC underground, Mosaic's incredibly talented DJs, producers, and promoters select music with well-travelled taste.

Good wine and prices. like the wine list and the prices are good. last time i went here i sat outside and really enjoyed the night. i'll definitely keep going back

Ugh, this is a LOUNGE not a CLUB!. Mosaic is actually a fantastic lounge. The vibe is great and they do not skimp on event planning.

BUT.

Mosaic reps itself like it is a club when, in fact, the only 'dance floor' is super tiny, uneven, and has a giant pole in the middle of it. DJ Feinberg - who is actually a great DJ - keeps posting all these events to my Techno Meets the Triangle Dance Meetup which is SO ANNOYING because this is not a club, no matter how much you may wish it otherwise.

If you enjoy a wide range of music and have no interest in dancing, then this place is for you. If, however, you are heading out under the impression that this is a club and that you can get your dance on, you will be very unhappy.

i give it a 3. and yes, i realize it's a wine bar. i've been here a few times with friends. i think it's a good place to start out the night or finish the night but in between i prefer a place where it's easier to people watch. i spent one late night passed out on the couch between a couple of friends!

love u. was on citysearch so i thought i'd give mosaic a shout out...listen,.......one of the only places in this town where i can wear a DVF dress w Moschino shoes and feel comfortable. The vibe is fashionably sexi.

A welcome change!. After returning from a trip to Miami, I was decidedly depressed knowing I would be returning to the hum-drum of Raleigh nightlife. Historically, I have found there to be a lack of originality and diversity among the dancing hot spots in Raleigh. That is until I experienced Mosaic. In addition to a s e x y, sultry and inviting atmosphere there is an electric vibe and spirit unmatched by anyplace in the triangle. You can feel the energy from the dance floor as soon as you enter. Depending on the night you go, you can expect to hear anything from Latin-infused beats to funky soul full house-driven tunes. The point is it is not Top 40 or R-n-B, unless it is a dance remix, a truly welcome change to the norm. I was surprised to find free wine tasting, on Wednesday nights. Also, if you are a Beer enthusiast then you will enjoy Mosaic?s selection of eastern European lagers. I have discovered my favorite drink is the house-made white sangria. Weather permitting I recommend sitting out on the side patio. If you are going for a night of dancing or just chilling out and chatting with friends Mosaic is a place that will let you do both. Overall, A wonderful escape close to home.

Best Music and Atmosphere in North Carolina. If you are looking for dollar beers, drunken college students and blaring hip hop music, all while wearing your flip flops, this is not a place for you. However if you are looking for a worldy, cultured, exotic place with the best wine selections and most gorgeous people, Mosaic is it. Guaranteed great time as Mosaic has the best music (lots of house for us addicts) and the best DJ's. Being from NYC and traveling all over the world, I can tell you that this is the only place in the Raleigh/Durham area that compares with NYC and Miami lounges. Best part, no hip hop, no flip flops, only intelligent cultured crowd, exotic ambiance and BEST music in town.

Great Customer Service-Zero tolerance for obnoxious behavior. Mosaic is a progressive, safe and sophisticated environment where people from all over the world could come to have a great time and enjoy the company of their friends. Mosaic is very particular about its standards of quality experience. Customers come first; they deserve to be treated well.

The quality experience of our patrons is a priority; nonetheless, we have zero tolerance against drunken belligerent customers. We deal with people who have had a little bit too much to drink in a professional and dignified way. Sometimes we have to handle situations in which some patrons act in a way that disturb other patrons by escorting them out of the premise to insure that they do not disturb others.

As a business, we are willing to take the risk of handling disrespectful customers so that others could always know that their experience at Mosaic was free of belligerent and obnoxious behavior. I highly recommend Mosaic to anyone who is looking for a great atmosphere.
