Wish I could give them five stars. They started that way . . .. I received a special from Triangle Pest Control through one of those "Welcome New Neighbor" programs, where I would receive a free termite inspection if I signed up for a years' worth of service.

In the beginning, I really couldn't say enough nice things about them. The gal who works in the office, Pam, was sweet and helpful. My tech, Jeremy, was also friendly and did a tremendous job. They took care of black ants in the house and fire ants outside.

Unfortunately, the longer I've been a client of theirs, the less they've done. I don't know if they just relaxed, figuring that since I was happy in the beginning I'd likely stay with them, or what - but technicians stopped keeping their appointments. They'd sometimes come early, leaving before the appointment was scheduled without leaving me a phone message or note, sometimes they came HOURS late, and sometimes they came not at all. It got to the point where I had to start calling the office myself the day of the appointments to make SURE someone was coming, and most times I'd hear an "Oh, yeah! We forgot!"-type response. A little frustrating, since I would have received email confirmation at time of scheduling the appointment.

I expected the technicians to ask me at the end of a year when I'd like my termite inspection done. They did not. I had to call and schedule things (and then confirm - they'd forgotten) myself. To be fair, Mike, the tech manager, did a great job.

At time of termite inspection, I had wasps' nests in the eaves above my front door. I asked Mike about it, and was told someone would be by within a few days. Nope. A week later I called and asked specifically for it to be done. I was told Jeremy would stop by some time that day. After he'd left, I found one of the nests sitting on our front porch. Frustrated, I called the office and was told to "just sweep it off the porch." They couldn't even take care of the nests I was paying them to remove?

I'll be going elsewhere.

Great Results, Good Price. I had a problem with ants in my pantry. I called them on a Saturday and they came out the same day. Problem was solved on the first visit. I haven't seen any ants since.

Quick Service, Reasonable Price, Solved Problem. Thanks so much for coming out the same day to extiminate for us. Your quote was reasonable and accurate and we would definitely call you again in the future if we ever have another pest problem.

Choose Triangle Pest Control. I've had no problems since Triangle pest control came to my home. The overall process was so easy, and convenient. The online access has made it that way and no other pest control I've delt with has this easy access. I did the research, they have the best prices. Nobody compares.

Can't say enough. I can only add to what everyone else has already said. First and foremost is the convenience. Being able to set up everything online, being able to email them with any concerns, rather than playing phone tag with one of the big, impersonal companies, is great, as is the level of communication Triangle maintains with us. And the technician that came to our house was great. We were having carpet installed on the day he was scheduled to come. He came by and saw the work being done and offered to come back another day to ensure the job was done as thouroughly as possible. I don't know if other companies would have done that free of charge.

And, as the owner of several houses in the past, I can honestly say you can't beat the price. I can't recommend them highly enough.

Best Service. Being a first time home buyer, I was unprepared to deal with a pest control business. I never had to before. Triangle Pest Control was highly recommended to me by a friend and they were wonderful! They were so informative (considering I knew nothing) and actually spent time with me so I would understand. I really got the best service for the best price.

Best Pest Control Company!. I have used many pest control companies over the years and Triangle Pest has been the best by a landslide! I had to write and say they have the nicest, most knowledgeable and professional technicians. Their rates are BETTER and they're MORE thorough than anyone else! Their website is also excellent and I love being able to communicate with them on-line since that's more convenient for me. I have no more ant or spider problems since I started using them!!

Refreshingly great service!. I love these Triangle Pest guys!. The came out quickly, on time and were very NEAT and TIDY in their work. They gave me different SAFE treatment choices because my grandkids come over and play at our house a lot. They did a WALK-AROUND showing me what was done and what I should do myself. They explained to me the "what and why" they were doing. I have no more pest problems. The called me two weeks later FOLLOWING UP and asked if everything was okay. You just can't find service like that anymore. These people were so refreshing! I'd recommend them to anyone in a heartbeat.

A trustworthy company.. I just want to tell others that they should use Triangle Pest Control when they have a pest problem. They treated our home and we have not had any problems since. I know that I can just go through their website at anytime and they'll respond quickly. I am confident you will get quality work done and a fair deal.

Great Customer Service. I highly recommend Triangle Pest Control. They were the first to respond to my on-line request for information and a quote (in fact, I hadn't even closed out of e-mail before they called me). The day before we were scheduled to have them come out and service the house, we had a real ant problem. When I called Donnie, he was able to get someone out same day. They are professional, trustworthy and did a fantastic job - no more ants!!!!
