Supportive Environment! High-Value!

Best value in town. I have tried for years to put it all together when it comes to my wellness and have struggled repeatedly. I came looking for someone to keep me accountable and learned along the way that I needed to lead myself towards a better life. The trainers here supported me better than I have ever been supported and I lost more than 50 pounds. They did not change my life; rather, they helped me learn how to change my life by myself and for that I forever grateful. Best money I spent in a long time.

Disappointing

They charge a premium fee, but do not deliver anywhere close to a premium product. The training staff are very nice, but what they sell you and what you actually get are very different. They have a relatively small gym and pretty much for several thousand dollars you get a personal trainer for 50 minutes two times a week. That is it. They never delivered on any other of their promises. When I went to management to complain, I was ignored. If you are looking to pay for a premium service to help you with your health, I would recommend looking elsewhere.

Weight loss

Thanks for the tips! I was skeptical when searching for an online weight loss website because I didn't think I could lose weight with the help of the internet. However, I was proven wrong by a website called www.fitclick,com. This site offer weight loss programs, community forums, tips, calorie counters, etc. I couldn't be more happier with the results and I continue to use this site every day. Good luck dieters.

Very supportive weight loss environment

Very supportive environment that combines group support, fitness and nutrition counseling. Gym is small and not intimidating. All clients working on wellness. Personal training and nutrition counseling visits included in fees. Lots of group classes as well.

Perfect Environment

I belong to ILWM and have lost a significant amount of weight and inches. I can't understand what the last reviewer was talking about. The staff is ALWAYS helpful, the gym is not intimidating, and it is very much worth the money. They have a residential program that feeds partcipants, so that explains the food smells.

The program is what you make of it--if you are not willing to work hard, this is certainly not the place for you. There is no magic pill only hard work. The work pays off though.

the administrative staff go out of their way to accomodate everyone and keep everyone happy. I have not found them pushy at all.

It is a great placwe with a positive attitude. It seems like it was made just for me.
